Not doing anything

I've had one on 12/12 light cycle for 3 weeks now one of them showing good signs at the others not showing nothing either way male or female and the other ones not showing nothing

I'm stupid sorry one is a female and one's not showing signs either way and it's been on 12-12 life cycle for 3 weeks I can't figure it out but I'm new

If they're different varieties then they would be a little bit different. Some sativas can take a bit to show and then go for a long time. They all stretch in height for the last 3 weeks?

Right on they are most likely are cause they are bag seeds ty I'm new but trying to learn been watching videos and I think I need to buy real seeds but I live in probation area and am scared but am about to try it or drive where I can buy some good genetic
