Not sure why wilting

Couple things I see right away are the transparent cups, you don't want light getting to the roots, I believe I see roots pic2. Second there's no drain holes. Possibly over watering? You didn't tell us how much your watering, so I couldn't tell you they don't look too droopy, why are the leafs wet? Maybe why slight droop? If I were you I'd transplant them in a larger container that is black, and has drain holes. Good luck

It is a t5. I moved the light up and put them in opaque containers. I've never used plastic cups before. I've run out of ceramic pots ha. it's only about 5 plants that are wilting, all the other ones are strong and tall. I water them whenever the top 3 inches of dirt are dry.
