"Last Chance Experimental" is what I posted. Of course that means "not proven" as you put it. Nobody is trying to pull the wool over your eyes buddy. Either you support it or you don't. It's very simple, you either support Obama's actions or you don't. So let me break it down for you ricky0heart
If you were to label something essential or non-essential, (Assuming you're Obama) which of these would you choose:
#1 Keeping Camp David open for Obama so that he can continue to use it as a retreat and vacation spot. Also keep Obama's golf course open and fully staffed. Also keeping Obama's kitchen fully staffed with a lot of chefs.
Would you consider that essential OR
#2 Shut down Camp David, the military golf course, cut back on chefs during this shutdown, and then use whatever money is left over to help some kids with cancer?
Which would you choose? Obama can sign the proposal to exclusively fund NIH, and help these kids by tomorrow WITHOUT giving ONE THING TO REPUBLICANS. But he won't do it.

I said experimental treatments that have not been proven to work should not be covered because they are not proven to work.
So if you would like someone to offer an all placebo under the guise it "might work" and have you pay for it you would be willing to?
If so, I have a sugar & water diet that you might be interested in to cure your ailments.

I didn't make the rules for what is deemed essential. I didn't want to see the gov shut down.
Here it is shutdown, and everyone is quick to point out that through the bickering and dysfunction there
are services being cut because that is what they wanted.
Like no one knew before hand that they would see services shutdown.
So it's Obama's fault?
Really look at why the services were/are being cut to begin with, look at how the PUB's are the ones
who forced it by trying to have coverage for everyone cut.
Then come back and call me more names for speaking the truth.

Just so we are clear ricky, how did the republicans force this government "shutdown", and what have they done to have everyone's coverage cut?
Because the person you are describing to me in a nutshell is Obama. His landmark legislation Obamacare, has been making health care unaffordable for millions of people all across the country. Premiums have been sky rocketing. I thought Obama said my cost would go down 2500$ a year.

The government shut down because the republicans won't increase debt ceiling without defunding the affordable care act. Options include the repeal of a medical-device tax enacted to help fund the health law or abolition of long-standing health-insurance subsidies for members of Congress.
This is why children with cancer are dying and fallen soldiers families aren't receiving benefits.
If u read left to right u might of just learned something!

Well I can get on board with that. What you said is accurate. But you left out the part about Obama, and the role he is playing in all of this.
I don't understand why individual's can't get a one year delay on Obamacare, when corporation have been given a pass by Obama. And why is congress given exemption waivers that nobody at the same income level is receiving? The republicans are asking to defund the train wreck known as Obamacare for 1 year(same as Obama has done for corporations) I don't think that is asking for too much. Obama is being unreasonable. Holding our veterans and kids with cancer hostage is inexcusable.

I thought the government shut down because the Dems wouldn't give the people a pass for one more year on the health care fine...The republicans gave the funding OK for obama care and the debt ceiling, but wanted the pass on the fine...Did you miss that part?...And that is why the government shut down..
