OG18, High Thc, and Anxiety

O how i love OG18 its one of my favorite of all time. honestly works on the pain and headaches but i also find that if its a killer batch smoking too much will cause serious anxiety. like a dab of oil it will have you questioning decisions in your life and making you double check everything is all locked up lol.

anybody else have issues with this? and what strain?

p.s. how can you not smoke this even knowing it could mess you up lol

Rich in THC strains will do that to you. A little CBD will balance it out. I like to take a rip of my Satori that I had tested at 21% THC and top it with some Cannatonic that has 9% CBD's to balance it out. the high with that combo is amazing I mean amazing I've never done Heroin but I gotta think it's like this. Whenever I just smoke Satori it'll make me feel some anxiety.

Sure thing I got a few more in the bud room lookin pretty, and a bit on the net getting dry. when i get a chance il snap some more pics. she's very photogenic

I just got myself some CBD crew critical mass to put come CBD in my life I'm excited to try it!

Someone was blabbing about some experiment where some doctor mainlined some THC into a girl and she went all nutty, then the next day hit her with CBD and she couldn't talk or move. sounds like my kinda buzz

As you get used to smoking good bud, it won't effect you so much.

I have a friend who won't smoke sativas for that reason. She is already on prescription meds, and says the sativa dominant strains, make her paranoid and anxious.
I personally love sativas, but I also have my evening and relaxing smoke too.

Same reason I don't smoke sativa, I prefer a good hybrid though, so I'm calm, but not wiped out

It's a little strange because OG18 and og's in general have some very indica dominant stone...maybe you caught some atypical sativa pheno ?? The OG18 i remember erases your mind and ends your day...no time to think at all !

My brother always asks me to check if the door is locked about 15-20 minutes after we smoke og18 or og chem. Like clockwork. Ive had a few black helicopter moments with them too.

Its the FUEL pheno, tastes like gasoline pretty much. It was always my favorite go to stone. but then a friend started complaining about the anxiety from it and sure enough, the idea spread to me. within a few days of him blabbing about the anxiety i noticed it playing video games.

Now all of you will probably notice it lol! Im very used to smoking strong bud its just certain strains get me in that questioning mood. should get my og18 tested and see what kind of minor canabanoids are in it.

i probably won't be back over there til tomorrow to take more pics. its been really rainy here anyway and it will give it some more time to dry.

I got a little anxiety with c99, not much, but about 10 mins after smoking I felt safer with the curtains closed lol, apart from that it was fine. lemon skunk from dna was terrible, I always ended up thinking about death, every time without fail, then it was like a mental battle to stop thinking about it and enjoy the high... so it kinda sucked for me

Yup fuel. If I can get over the anxiety I usually end up really getting into music.

akinight3, I just popped Kali too. Transplanted them an hour ago into their 2 week solo cups. They look like awesome sprouts so far. Strong and healthy. Its going to be a great fall.

hell yeah dude, serious kali mist is going to be my mainstay im hoping this year...we will see in 3 monthes time...

I grow OG#18 too. It's the dankest strain on the market. I have 12 flowering in coco. Big difference than growing in dirt. Not enough carbon filters in the world to kill that smell. I've been growing it for close to 2 years.. Awesome strain next to Kandy Kush and Skywalker OG

Seriously looking at Skywalker. Is it a trippy head high, or body couchlock? I don't mind either, I use both sativas and indicas (and hybrids, which most are anyway) I like LST. Does Skywalker respond well?
I never raise the lights, I keep them at the same height and raise plants using wood blocks and bricks. My grow has plants finishing at different times, with multiple strains, so height management is crucial to me. Just curious how that Skywalker stretches and how it might respond to training. Thanks for any info.
