They make several soil mixes and the nutes I'm talking about can be given at literally very minuscule amounts......I use a few soils fox farm brand myself .....I don't just use ocean forest ....that's for when my plants are going in there final pots and well established.....if you dont like there soils .....still look into there trio of nutes .....GrowBig,BigBloom,and TigerBloom....those can be given way under recommended dosage and they grow great medicine.....GL

What light? If it's an HID I'll tell you right now its not that hard to underwater with that setup & also you'll have problems if you dont give fabric pots enough water to saturate the bottom.
