Par readings

There so dim with the pot turned down that I can look rate at it and see the indivigual lights on the cob

There is only 32 volts at the cobs when I check pos and neg of a cob when the light is on

what do I check for when checking connections I mean there all light up I have two lights built and there doing the same thing.

On the out put side on the driver I'm only measuring 32 volts there as well. It should be well over 140 right this is while the light is running?

from what to what? should be 140ish volts from driver pos to driver neg

you do have these wired in series, right?

No I have it in parallel

On driver pos and neg it's 142.

It's a hog 185 c 1400 b that is soposed to be wired in parallel correct?

wow im surprised it lights up at all. tough ass drivers! per datasheet theyre not supposed to operate at all below 72V

wire it in series and you'll be here:



tell your driver supplier ill be billing them for tech support on their product lol

Give it at least 100-200 more PPFD somehow. At least in flower. You want around 900-1200.

I'll have to drop them closer that's all

Does not take much to bring the numbers up a lot

I'm sure, I'm just saying.

No worries on this set of cobs man I ordered enough on the next order to replace these in case I blew them all trying to figure out how to make them work.

trial by fire! love it...(esp when theres NOT a fire )

I thought you wired in series also.did that one cob with a line missing go back to normal with proper voltage?
I have grown some ok nugz with 600ppfd i wouldnt worry too much about those new numbers,they are pretty good all thingsconsidered
