well since its a auto , you very well could have way lessoned your chances of a "big yield"

no you dont need any support on her she is very strong now. a lil mulch on the top of the dirt would help a lil to keep the whole pot moist rather then just the bottom few inches. but be careful because in my opinion too much moisture was the only prob to begin with.

Yep shes really coming along now, but she won't be looking that well if i can't get a good enough inline fan for the cool tube. Have you any recommendations?

I missed that too. The second one looks MUCH better. I'd be a little concerned honestly buying a junk fan though. The fan becomes a VERY important asset, when it quits and you fry your whole crop it'll sure suck.

If you run a 400w with a cooltube you'll be aiming for what 6 -8 oz's? Your first grow usually pays you back for the cost of the equipment, but if you cheap out it could spell disaster. That carbon filter is probably worthless. I would think that a 400w light in your setup you need something that moves 225m3/hr, so shouldn't need a huge fan.

As far as filters you only need one the size of say the Can-33 filter. I don't know what that works out to over the pond, but they are kind of like half height filters. You could buy the cheap stuff online, but if they don't filter the smell and they don't cool the light, they may just be worthless.

I have a 5" TT inline fan, a bit different than the one you linked though and it`s been running pretty much constatntly for almost 2 years now - no problem, however I`d would go with the second option purely beacuse it`s CharliesHydro shop - their service is second to none and the PrimKlima filters they supply are very good too.

I got the tt fan kit before reading this, however i will be getting a ruck or rvk fan soon. The kit should arrive by wednesday so should have the 400w hps up and running, just in time for flowering :). Does she look close to flowering? Also i woke up to find the tips of the leaves touching the light, should i trim the burnt bits off?

Are you going to grow just this one plant under a 400w light? Look into LST, if you want a good yield you'll have to veg that thing for awhile and bend it all around trying to get it nice and bushy. Might even be worthwile to go with a screen if just one plant. With a 400w light you should be aiming for a yield at least in the 5-8 oz's range. That's a helluva task from one little plant, one big one maybe, but more realistically I'd be growing 4 or 5 plants.

Was that a feminized seed?

I couldn't edit my previous post...kept locking up my browser...I just realized you're growing an auto, disregard my previous post. It'll flower when it's ready. You should throw more in there though if you're going to use a 400w.

Yayyyy, she's fully revived people. Thanks for all your help!
hey in that 3rd pic with your CFL. is there any way you can mount it horizontally? they put off the most light from thier sides, you will get much more usable light if you place it sideways.
