sweet... I have 4 pj that started on the same day!
I know that you are growing in soil correct? If you have a few as old as mine lets run them side by side through the grow. That is if you want to, not looking for who is better or anything of that nature. Looking to help one another if there are things that we run into. Personally id like to see the same plant grown by another and his technique along side my own. Give it some thought maybe do a joint thread or something

Well week one has come to a close and everything seems to be going well. I have used a steady regiment of 6.0 Ph rain water at 5ml to 10ml a day depending on soil moisture and weight of the cups. There response to this has been great. I havent added any nutes at this time and wont till there about 1.5-2 weeks old.

Now in this update there is a little more to offer. You'll see my test LST plant that i am doing to hone in my skills, and by the time i cut the lights on this plant it will have gone under 18/6 light schedule for a solid two months. Hopefully it will start to preflower on its own with out force. This is a seed from a bag so i am not sure what the nature or strain of this plant is. So it will be fun to see. This plant has been on FF grow big for a week now. Had to up the dose mid week as the plant responded to the light feeding with attitude. The one gallon pot was completly dry with in 24 hrs after its first feeding of nuted rain water. I was shocked.

what's LST? but its nice to hear that plant liked the nutes, and that plant looks just like my plant but bigger offcourse ( nice plant). and the updates are looking well. Are you gonna give these ones nutes now or are you waiting a little longer? casue they look like they can handle a little bit of nutes. ( they look like there are in good shape for their first week man. you took care of em well.

LST is Low Stress Training, if you look in the last pic you will see that this plant is growing sideways kinda lol. As it grows tall i take it bend it and tie it to the rim of the pot. the goal here is to train it around the edge of the planter and then back to the center. this will provide much more light to the lower branches resulting in more bud sites and mini cola's.

On this plant i will be going to half strength nutes do to the fact that it has slight yellow/lime green on the new growth. I am going to wait on nuteing the PJ's till they need it. there a deep green in incandescent lighting under that MH they look lighter colored because i have my light about 6 inches above the tops. So there getting blasted with light and getting great temps thanks to the DIY cool tube. So i will prob hit them at 1.5 weeks with a light dose but same amount of water the 5-10 ML depending on the moisture level in the soil.

And thanks they look great and when i peeked this morning before work they were looking even better. I cant stop looking.

oh i almost forgot to mention something. Last night while looking over the plants i noticed a trait on this LST plant that i really like. As side shoots grow off the main stem a ring grows at the base of the new shoot. This grows as the new shoot does and becomes the support of the new shoot. the ones i noticed have been the biggest rings i have ever seen at such a young stage. They are twice as thick as the new shoot. I think that if this is a male i will harvest this pollen for this trait alone, not to mention it hsd nice branching and node spacing. This shows that the plant can support added weight when coming into budding. If this is a female the is a good chance that the buds could get rather massive. Ill have some pics of this soon

That's pretty cool, plus it'll look nice. I was wandering why your plant is sideways haha, i have a quick and random question for you, do you lift weights? if so, does it affect you in bulking up?

I'm just curious... Did he say something to lead you to believe he lifted weights? Or was that guess just a shot in the dark?
