quick question about manure

so i was scouting out areas where i can do my grow and i found a bunch of horse manure from equestrians, and a pile of farmers manure left over from his fields.

I was wondering if it would be safe to use both of these as fertilizer since it would reduce the amount i would have to haul in plus costs. I was planning on mixing it in with coco coir as well as other soil amendments.

it look fresh? ...if so it's probably hot...you can still use some @ the bottom of each hole....

if it's old... your golden....

Im assuming the farmers manure is from last year at least, but the horse sh*t on the trails is a little fresher.

Maybe ill put the horse stuff on the bottom and the rest mixed in with my other amends.

Any recommendations on how much i should mix in? Going to have about a 3x3x2' hole for each plant
