Quit Smoking Cigarettes

I can quit easily, each time I've never had bad withdrawal symptoms.

It's a few months later when I notice people smoking and seeing smokers on tv that drives the cravings up the fucking wall.

The worst symptom for me is that i can't think. Ive had ADD real bad since i was a teenager, havent really had any issues since i started smoking. Starting the day after i quit i now feel like i did six years ago, my brains just in a crazy mess of confusion. My temper is definitely on the rise too, not being able to think straight is really frustrating. I chain smoke really bad though, i pretty much always have a cigg in my hand. Its nice to have somewhere to bitch about it.

My wife and I quit May 4th.
I could'nt use chantex, never could figure out how the FDA can approve some thing that could cause some one to take their own life, oh wait I forgot, there's money and greedy politicions involved....
Any way lots of weed and a new hobbie helps too.

I'm pretty much the complete opposite, smoking fucks with my brain chemistry and makes concentrating on things harder. It's like I'll feel like I can't concentrate, then I'll be like "I'll just smoke a cig and then go do my work" but it never really helps with the concentration... It's like I use the lack the concentration as an excuse to light one up or an an excuse to procrastinate. But when I've quit for a couple months I find it easier to think and get things done.

But for some reason I always start smoking again and then regret it for the same reasons 3-5 months down the road.

I'm down to about 5 cigs from a pack a day for years. I started using the ecig and it has helped so far. I feel the last few cigs a day are going to be the hardest. Some days are easier than others.

Man I can't see how anyone can afford to smoke anymore...price of cigs, gas costs so much it's nuts.....

Lots of States are going no smoking in public places, mine is one of them. Id be interested to see if that has had an effect on peoples decisions to quit....

Best of luck to anyone who has it in them to quit. What a hard habit to break, but it can be done.....

Don`t quit nicotine... Look up the eGo T 950mAh passthrough with a cartomizer... buy some decadent vapour flavours with it too, its better than smoking! Every smoker should consider one of these babies...
