After a bunch of DIY cloners, I bought a Clone King, been using the same unit for about 7-8yrs now, I get almost 100% success.
I use ...
non PH'd tap water ( no roots-not feeding)
pump 24/7
T5's @ 16"above
I've used hormones in the past, but I find "for me" they are not necessary
If you need to add "things" I find Dyna-gro's KLN & Pro tek are the best. ( 5ml each per 3gal rez )
I don't regulate my temps, but I have found close to 76* water is the sweet spot

Well these are all the q i was just asking in wdyat thread, having issues getting roots in aero. The exact cloner i just bought. Good stuff, Bob! Any disinfectant to speak of? Good work sir.
*I'm now wondering if my qb is too intense and maybe not putting forth effort in roots, rather still trying to photosynthesis? Hmmm

I clean with H2o2 in between runs.
That would be my guess, You don't want growth.

yea...sounds like too much light, they are feeding off themselves to try to grow, instead of root. IMHO, low intensity light is all you need.
I have rooted clones from the light of a south facing bathroom window before with my cloner

Fresh kill.
