Random weed plant found in my yard

Hi guys,

I’m new to this forum so I’ll try and make this post understanding.

So I moved into my rental house in the middle of July. A month later I found this little 5 leaf plant growing near my tomoto plants.
I’ve let this plant grow and it’s now 4 foot tall.
At first I didn’t know if it was a weed plant or just “normal” weed, but have gathered that it’s weed.
Since then, I’ve found about 20 little sprouts growing but I’ve pulled them out since I leave in Australia and it’s highly illegal to grow.

I’m not a smoker myself but I do know people who are.

My question is; When will this plant stop growing as it has just started Spring in Australia and I read that it’s autumn that the buds will be havested.
Also does this look like stevia? Or just normal hemp as it’s already getting little with hairs on it that looks like it could be flowering?

Thanks

Hello and Welcome to RIU.

You've gotcha self a full flowering female. Appears she has finished her flowering stretch and is about to put on some buddage. She is only going to get fatter and smellier in the next minth or so.
If you don't want her, I suggest you chop her down asap. Pity, she is a beauty. She does look sativa. Or a sativa leaning hybrid.

It looks like marijuana to me. Long skinny fingers are definitely a sativa trait. She will grow for another 2-3 months weather permitting. The one in the last pic looks a bit more indica.

Well I don’t want to get rid of it. My next house inspection is ina months time so I’m trying to figure out how to hide it as it’s right in the middle of my yard. I’ve placed a table and chair in front of it but that doesn’t hide it. Lol.
Even though I don’t smoke weed as it use to make me really sick, my sister is very interested in getting some buds when it’s done.

I don’t mind if it gets bushier, I just can’t get it to grow any taller as my neighbors will see it.

I found this plant in the middle of winter and now it’s the beginning of spring.
It’s been quite raining here lately and every time the sun comes back out it seems to grow another 10cm.

You might have to prune it and tie it down because sativas can get really huge outdoors.

Yeah, I chop flowers on my plants all the time to force them to grow buds where I DO want them.

Even though you say you don't smoke, you may enjoy how easy it is to make VG tincture it is very tasty and not as potent and yucky as Rick Simpson and other alcohol extractions.
Personally, I consume tincture and vape dried flower and concentrates, I think my body has had its allotted number of combusting sessions.
