This shows the need to abolish all gun restrictions.
Range Rover needed way more than a 10 round clip for his safety.

Well the 2 bikers are due in court for acting in retaliation from the driver running over a biker Jose Gomez leaving him paralyzed so yeah he deserved a beating for his "accidents"

I'm so confused why everyone has to take a side. No sides should be taken, unless you were there. It's fine if you hate hot-headed ignorant bikers. I hate pussy ass Range Rover driving bitches, but that doesn't influence who's "side" I am on.

The media is fucked, right? Don't we all already know this? All parties involved need to be put in front of a jury, and let them decide.

If I found myself in the same position as dude in the Range, I would have tried to use my words instead of my suv as a weapon. If words didn't help, even though they always do, I'd call 911.

Fact: All parties involved made huge mistakes, not just the bikers.

From the video it sure looks like the biker who initially got rear ended was at fault. He raced out in front (barely in front) of the SUV then either braked or slowed down. He caused that collision and it looked intentional to me. I have no idea why somebody on a motorcycle would do something like that; it seems suicidal.

The part where the SUV drove over the bikes in front of him after he was stopped is not as clear, but it sure seems like the multitude of bikers were menacing the SUV driver. Fear on the part of the SUV driver seems reasonable in that situation and driving away is completely reasonable.

The bikers who initiated the beating at the end were COMPLETELY in the wrong. A Keltec kiss would have been warranted.

Why were the bikers harassing this guy in the first place?



Full disclosure: I do not endorse Keltec, I much prefer Glock. I just referenced the Keltec because I know it will rile up the scuttling crustaceans, and "Keltec kiss" is nicely alliterative.

<edit> In my opinion the driver of the SUV "reasonably feared great bodily harm, or death" in that situation, and he acted within his right to defend his life, and his family's lives.

There is no way in hell I would have stopped. If traffic was stopped ahead, I would have turned around and kept moving. Any biker who got in my way...their next ride would be in a hearse.
