Hey all,
I had some heat issues a while back, exacerbated by my placing CFLs too close, which ended up baking quite a bit of the big fan leaves. While I've figured out the heat and CFL issues, the damage is done. Some of the worst damaged ends have dried up and broken off, but even the green parts of the damaged leaves feel somewhat dry and papery. While the damage has been done and can't be reversed -- and, frankly, the plant has continued to add weight to the buds -- I don't know whether I should: (a) remove the damaged leaves; (b) remove only the worst damaged parts of the leaves; (c) attempt to treat the leaves (such as a spritz or two of distilled water on the leaves an hour or so before the lights come on); or (d) do nothing. She's almost five weeks into flower, by the way.
Any thoughts would be appreciated!
And, just because I like them, here are my other ladies, about two weeks from first pistils.
