Retail Stores??

I would have more loved to see the prices on the street fall to close to $150-$180 an ounce of some good top shelf stuff, being as surely the high demand was gonna cause a huge rise in growers, and output.

Right now you are paying for the privilage of buying weed from a dispense/store. Thats about it. It was the same, to a lesser extreme, when Co allowed us our med cards.. If you all will remember the prices sucked that first year or so.. Now theres one on every corner and you see 99dollar Ozs of A grade flowers.

Paitence, my friends. Put it in the air.

Well I'm not from CO, I'll remain nameless. But I'm a neighbor of there, in a state where they will be the last to follow. Having neck problems from a wreck, I self medicate, if my state won't allow me too, fuck em. But I love the fact that you can go there not being a resident of the state, but until prices drop, its definataly not worth the drive there yet, that's for sure. I guess its wait until the prices drop, or make a move there lol.

The tax is not the problem. Its the greedery dispeseries charging 65 an eighth. Thats the problem. But it will soon be more affordable as 2 more stores in pueblo alone are opening on the 15th.

I was jacked for 250 zips plus tax but not 400 or more plus tax. I understand its legal and hiw lucky am I...... fact is its greedy and to high of a price plus tax takes all of the luck out of it. That like saying a case of beer is 100 bucks tax included but im lucky cause their are many a dry counties in the bible belt? Lol again takes luck outta it when its so expensive.

On a side note I meet a dude today that has some frosty stanky buds and I am now an ounce heavier and only 150 out of pocket. HOLLER!

It's not greed. It's simple economics. Supply and Demand. The supply will increase the demand will decrease and the prices will drop.

Fair enough but there were people in denver saying it was double med prices thats seems like better economics to me as im headed there on monday with 2 friends outta town. Just gotta ask the 2 people I know in the city what dispensaries were being fair and ill use them.

The rest can shove their economics up their asses. Lol ill remain loyal to the fair dispensaries myself.

Can you tell I dont have a harvest ready yet? Cause if I did I would give 2 shits. Lmao

the worst part was when I looked it over with a loop, it was all clear trichs and a few cloudy ones no amber in sight. I will stick to my garden

yeah, I imagine as more places open up everyone will have to raise the game and lower the price. of course that is most likely 8-12 months away

Legally you cannot posses firearms if you have a red card. Kinda sucks...

http://www.denverpost.com/ci_19026921

pfffffft
You can not use marijuana and own firearms. (Fuck that un-American bullshit.)

Everybody who buys a gun must fill out ATF Form 4473, which asks: "Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?"

Nothing about growing it, it is about using it. Fuck the feds.

I have a red card for many reasons. One is so I can carry up to two ounces legally. It gives me an affirmative defense if I am ever charged with DUI. It is basically insurance against bad shit and it is really cheap.

I don't buy weed, but I do get an occasional vape pen cartridge.

If you buy weed in a rec store, a red card will pay for itself after a couple visits.

I hate the feds as much as the next guy. Just to point out tho, federally, if your growing and have firearms, that enhances the charges significantly.

The news last night reported at least 5 million in sales during the 1st wk with only 30 or so stores open. Should spur the industry.

Good question. I haven't heard anything about rec and seeds/clones. However I would assume that only instate could buy it if they do.

Idk either, the only limit I've heard about is 1/4 vs an ounce of flowers for tourist/residents and not sure if there is a limit on edibles. I'm sure seeds/clones will be available to the retail market since its legal to home grow and would think you could buy those too . The stores are just concerned about the $$ right now and will sell anything and everything allowed. Best bet is to call a couple of stores and ask. The Denver Post's Cannabist site's weed map is a source for store contact info. Post what you find out.

I'm liking the Cannabist so far although one article on there was full of some bullshit that really pissed me off. The were quoting some anti-cannabis bitch that was citing research that was disproved years ago, can't stand journalists today man.

Also, think its a 110mg limit on rec edibles. Haven't herd anything about concentrates legally but supply wise, good luck on rec, hehe.

Cannabist is ok for news you can get from the denver post with more content. I clicked a link to the original story and there was more to it on the denver post website. WTH?

Anyway, just go to weedmaps.com, they have decent reviews of dispensaries and a map of rec stores.
