Having grown almost all of sannies strains I can honestly say killling fields is one of the most overrated in existence.
Its the prettiest plant in the world during veg and you will definately get solid purple phenoes even without cold but the smoke sucks balls. i think any one that says diferent
either does not like strong weed or is just going by pictures and never grew it. I had a hard time giving it away!
In my opinion the sannies breeders choice anestesia is by far the best and you will love it. The hercules is second best of what i have grown from him the extrema sounds good but there are many many reports of hermies with it.
One thing with sannie though is his seeds are f4 5 or 6s and pheno hunting is not hard. To bad there is not more breeders taking the time for this!

The anestesia is about the best i have run so good yield rock hard and potent. I am currently doing a bunch of emerald triangle strains with it.

KF is nice smoke, very clear headed for me. It's probably not everyone's cup of tea. It really is a sativa with no obvious indica dominance in it's effect.

I have some pics in my journal in my sig of my favorite phenotype.

What about Kolossus, SugarPunch, Shackzilla and SanniesJack? I'm growing Extrema and Santa Maria (Plunck cut) for next outgrow season..

I have some Killing Fields F3s in flower right now, I popped a total of seven beans, got five females spread across between 3 and 4 visually distinctive phenotypes. The furthest are three weeks into flowering and look well above average for a 10-13 week flowering plant. I have some jack going alongside it, and it looks comparable as far as bloom rate. Obviously not a quick blooming plant, although I have yet to flower my most indica seeming girl as I am trying to get her a bit bigger, I would expect her to be the fastest flowering of the sisters. Even though the buds are in the very early growth stages, the trichome production is very pleasing and extends nearly to the tips of the shade leaves on every bud. While it is too early to be certain, of the three in flowering, all three look to have buds that will not be green, and I am hoping to be able to discern color by the end of the third week. I will post some picks in a couple weeks when they will have some more zing to them.

As a side note, I really encourage people with Sannies questions to consult the opengrow forums. Chock full of grow information and documentation, and the threads on the KF parent selection are very informative.

There, fixed it for you. :eyesmoke:

I think its all about expectation. I think there is a minimum below which its not worth growing out a plant, but not everyone "needs" to have the most potent strain.

Yield, flavor, appearance, high quality, and especially ease of growth all matter too.

I can't comment on this line since I've never grown it (and probably won't) but in general, I'll trade off some potency for all the other things.

Please post an abbreviated grow report when you're done.
I'd love to see your report on the Jack, at the very least.

I will, I used to post more journal stuff and pics but I cancelled my home internet after comcast sent me a cease and desist piracy letter; so I just post from my phone now and its a bit more of a pain. Both the jack and the killing fields still look great. I only started 4 Jacks, but I got two males and two females and the overall uniformity was great, definitely what you would expect from an F7. Crystal production is very high even in early flower.

The best by far is the anestesia cant go wrong DO IT. Hurcules is also good and yields good. The extrema loves to hermie. I dont know about the shackzilla or the jack but
a friend likes the chocolate rain and the sugar punch (daytime smoke)
