Yeah because the two terror attacks and May's total bungling of the situation is something I could've factored into my prediction weeks ago.

You people are sad and desperate.
The solution to being wrong about making bold predictions is not to make bold predictions... Not make excuses for why your predictions were wrong

Why not just say you were wrong about it and be done with it? Why insist on creating imaginary standards that didn't exist before you made your prediction now that reality has shown pretty much the opposite?

Two potential outcomes for future elections for American Democrats; 1. they decide to run establishment politicians and get elected on the backs of those that supported Trump to the bitter end, and we end up with more center-right, special interest, shills, who are only differentiated from their counterparts by not always hating cultural and sexual minorities, not always hating universal healthcare.. The people vote for change, don't get it, and someone even crazier than Trump comes in as a response. 2. they run actual progressives with a strong liberal platform they're confident about and win. This response to right wing nationalism is going to translate to 2018 and 2020. If we elect corporate Democrats, that momentum will swing back towards Republicans in 2022 and 2024.

So choose wisely

Blah blah blah...

Bold predictions? It was based on the data at the time, retard.

i told my wife earlier this year that europe was gonna descend into fascism.

geert wilders and marine le pen were ascendant, hungarian nazis were set to win a national election, brexit support was getting stronger, and merkel was losing support.

and now, geert is gone. macron is wildly popular internationally. the hungarian nazis lost, the tories lost their majority in a major way, and merkel is regaining her popularity.

we have only trump to thank for defeating european fascism by supporting it.

i'll take trump for however long he lasts if it means we averted the return of european fascism.

Those far right parties always ran in Europe, they were only highlighted by Trump's election.

But yes, his election did send a wave of fear.

American fascism is worse. And we're Americans. How is that not worse?

Right, that's what makes you wrong. You made a prediction, based on the data at the time, that turned out to be wrong.. That makes you wrong. FYI, there is nothing wrong with being wrong except refusing to accept that you could possibly be wrong.
You know what loses elections?
Of course, which is why Corbyn and the Labour Party exceeded expectations

That prediction at the time was accurate but then the situation changed vastly... why didn't you ask me a few days ago?

I'd changed my opinion since then based on new data, something you "Justice" idiots can't comprehend.

That would require thinking
No, that would require watching an unsolicited video. I'm in charge of programming for myself and not looking for recommendations. Thanks anyway. Now actually articulating an argument in one's own words -- now THAT requires thinking. You two can keep reaching around each other while posting videos and saying, "because Chomsky said so" or you can actually make your own fucking arguments. Your call.

By the way, have you two ever considered getting together and leaving women alone?

Weak argument, followed by a personal attack. Truly the best one can expect from the likes of you.

Since you haven't been paying attention, we've been making the same arguments for years now. Not that I'd expect you to look up from your furious two fingered hatemongering long enough to notice.

tty is already histrionicky this evening. It's going to be a long whiny evening for him.

Please drop this frequent and hypocritical whine. You just called SN an "asshole" or some other foul name in a response today.

Me thinking you're absurd has nothing to do with my attention span.
Just your comprehension.

I've only called people names when they've started.

And often, not even then.

Does that make me better? No, but the idea that you give everyone else a pass while calling me out makes you an awfully transparent hypocrite.

I changed my prediction to match current data.
That's not a prediction. You can't change your prediction. You already made it.

"I guessed using completely current data that anyone can look up to prove I'm right!"...

A prediction is a guess based on current data at the time of the prediction. Not today's data..

The UK Labour Party is literally about to suffer its greatest loss in British parliamentary history...
Except her party is about to suffer a virtual election wipeout.

it's not what you say...it's to whom and how you say it?
Owned

Explain why Labour jumped up in polls

The race changed since I posted that; May refused to debate and gave Corbyn the chance to discuss his plans without issue.

Theresa May fucked up, I don't see how that changes a prediction I made months ago, had she not fucked up my prediction would've been accurate.
It doesn't change your prediction. It invalidates it. It means you were wrong
Again, when I posted it, it was accurate.
When you posted your prediction for future events it was accurate in the present time. You don't say.. Wouldn't be much of a "prediction" if it was "accurate in the present time", would it?
That prediction at the time was accurate but then the situation changed vastly..
"It was accurate until it wasn't!"..
