Satellite data proves Earth has not been warming the past 18 years - it's stable

Ok just 4 the record, the world has been heating up very slightly each year. this is fact. The only debatable argument is weather or not its humans fault. also sorry i know this is weeks old.
Why is it necessarily a bad thing? You speak of fault...

The untainted question is how much of the rise in temperature is caused by man made sources and how much is natural.

Then we have to decide whether it is beneficial or harmful because there is no concrete evidence either way. The next ice age is going to be devastating to humanity but I guess it will be considered natural and so perfectly OK with the environmentalists.

Ice age = good, global warming = bad?? LOL!

i would love to see you cite where you got that claim from.

i imagine, like always, i will be left waiting forever for a citation that never comes.
I have yet to see you take any citation given you with any respect so yes, wait for fucking ever. Maybe that is your excuse for lack of a job. Waiting for internet citations, cant be bothered to work... LOL!!!

I'm on vacation right now. It's usually hotter than 40 hells here in South Carolina in July. It's very mild and comfortable.

The water is a little chilly.

That is due to global warming. The natural state of water in the universe is in ice form...

i never meant its a bad thing, frankly idk. but you get the point. i said the real ? is if its natural or humans fault. you cant find any good data, ppl has saturated the internet with supports on both sides, its mostly biased and misleading.
Regardless ive worked with lots of ppl who know, geologists, ecologist astrologist etc. so i believe them. and yeah i realized they can be biased too.

good job on making a claim and failing to back it up in any way whatsoever.

remind me why anyone should listen to a word you have to say after your chronic history of embarrassing debacles?

everything from skewed polls to iran's coastline to domestic canadian oil to forest fires that cool the entire globe claiming to be a home inspector who doesn't know what an acceptable range of Rh is...you should be too embarrassed to post anymore.

i guess you are more shamelessly stupid than anyone would have ever guessed.

Show me in the standards of practice where a home inspector is supposed to note and/or comment on Rh... Oh wait....

LOL!!! Did you read any of the articles you posted??

It is exactly what I said. We dont test for Rh unless it is exceedingly high which might indicate a water leak. All of the articles support my point and most of them include a moisture meter which is typical for a home inspector to carry. None of the articles addresses general relative humidity except for the log home forum question with the RH problem. Seems like they might have insulated that house too well but I dont have any experience inspecting log homes in Arizona.

None of what you posted addressed what I said.

I am licensed by the state of Arizona to follow the Standards of Professional Practice to conduct a home inspection.

If someone found a home to be too dry they would need to consult with a licensed Air Conditioning technician to determine the cause and what measures could be taken to increase the humidity.

If it was too humid inside a house in AZ I would find the source of the water leak and recommend a plumber plus mold remediation.

A redneck liberal idiot like you would just suggest they nail a swamp cooler to the roof....

how are you gonna use a moisture meter if you don't even know what proper Rh is for a living space?

that's like installing a thermostat and setting it to 43 degrees or 97 degrees.

LOL!!! None of the articles you posted addressed what the *correct* relative humidity was.

Only one gave a general guideline of 20% of exterior relative humidity.

The fact that houses are built differently in AZ because we design them to shed humidity rather than protect them against it also makes a huge difference.

A moisture meter does not measure relative humidity it measures moisture content. The moisture content of most building products in established homes in Phoenix Arizona is 6%.

Keep walking down this path with me and I will be happy to beat you to death with experience....

You have never even had a home inspection because you have never purchased a home and likely if you did you would be stupid enough to think you did not need one.

you don't even know what the proper Rh for a home is for fuck sake.

i'm sure we all just have no idea what you're capable of, snitch.

Why dont you go back in those articles and quote where they said what the proper Rh for a home is. Then go get me a left handed coffee cup.

a home inspector, or even just a homeowner, or even just someone with basic knowledge of home maintenance and standards, should know that already.

you clearly didn't.

LOL!! So you cant quote it because it is not there... Check...

Now suddenly it is something everyone knows.... Check...

And somehow it is related to things we are not required to report on by the state.... Check...

I think you covered all the major excuses for why you cannot come up with an answer. You are such a little boy sometimes... Teeny balls... LOL!

I got a ceiling to paint, no need to put up with your childish bullshit.

is that so?

Now suddenly it is something everyone knows.... Check...
you claim to be a home inspector yet you made it 100% clear that you do not know what proper Rh for a home is.

stick to scrubbing shit off of pools, that is more your level.

And somehow it is related to things we are not required to report on by the state.... Check...
so you don't report on poor Rh levels?

you sound like you are as bad of a home inspector as you are stupid in general.

wow, sounding kinda pedo there.

don't forget to leave a fan running and good ventilation.

i tell you this because you appear to not know shit about basic procedures around the house.

but then again, it is AJ. you guys got your reputation for a good reason.

Coming from you that holds ZERO merit.
