so, it took me a lil bit to get this this way. im always open to suggestions so feel free to offer em up if you have some. so, i took one of those tube draw CO2 tests last night and it ended up between 1000 and 2000 so im right in range with PPM's of CO2. anyway, heres the video

Hey nice room man. Hopefully mine looks similar in a month or so. I am running 2 600w only right now, air cooled. Trying to figure out how I will keep temps + humidity perfect

air cooled 600's? you should not have any temp problems at all. maybe too cold, lol. but with 3000w and no ac, I'm steady at 85degrees. my rh is about 25-45%. never more. just make sure u bring cool air IN through the lights

Love the room and I love everything about custom construction work, but one thing I never understood is why people use CO2 when a properly ventilated room will do that for you? To each their own.

plants like more co2 then our atrospheric levels offer. ambient air is average 300ppm of co2, im injecting 1200, so that plus the 300 already = about 1500. no matter how much ventilation you have, you can never change what is in the atmosphere without supplementation. here is a quick demonstration for ya

Is there any smell coming from your lights exhaust? Does it mess with the temp/humidity when they are on? Fans on all the time when the lights are on? I have a similar setup and the vented hoods mess with my temp/humidity/co2

no smell from exhaust at all in veg. later in flower i have a little, i may add a ozone generator to the exhaust to rectify that. my humidity never goes over 42% with or without lights on. the fans are always on! helps with circulation.

Nice man, love the vid. Yes I have 2x air cooled hoods.. & yes you are correct ^_^, it gets quite cold @ night. Though in a few months when it gets to be 100degrees outside.. I may need an ac by then.

Keep up the great work, Im subbd

im confused .............is your hoods on a dedicated fan? meaning you are pulling air from outside the grow room through your lights then back outside never letting the air cooling the lights to mix with the air inside the grow room?? Because i couldnt tell it looks like you where pulling air from INSIDE the grow room then into your light system in which case you would be wasting large amounts of Co2

yeah man, dedicated fan bro. working great too. it wouldn't be sealed if I was pulling air in from the room through the lights. thanx for checking it out man. let Mr know if you have anymore questions. always happy to answer them

i actually have an ac that i run outside of the room during the summer. that way, COLD air is pulled through the lights during the hotter days. works great

You need to foil tape all the holes on your hoods. That is where the smell is coming from. Also I found that that style ducting has small holes to so might want to up grade to the insalated type. I'm haveing the same problem. But the smell also comes out the back of my ac. Trying to find a way to stop that. Over all your room is close to mine. And no I haven't been abul to up grade to what I said. Was in 4 weeks of flower when I found the problems. Overall nice room.
