It'll be three weeks in 12/12 on Friday. 9/7

I stopped misting... too.. figure water could get down in those buds and start mold. I Don't want that!

otherwise, it's water every 2 days, feed every other watering. and straight on til morning.

I did clip off a few of the underdeveloped branches... now I know.. but there ARE flowers... I'll see if they give up any hints as to the potency...

Dude, stop listening to these guys. Spraying in veg helps the flowers not only look more healthy, green, and stronger stems, but they flourish in no time. Also during flower, spraying the plants ensures that you get good nice tight dense buds. Just try it with a few plants and see the difference.

Hey Cap!

I was actually listening to the Hightimes guides... they mentioned no spray in flower cuz of possible mold. But if you have experience with spraying throughout, I'm game. Stopping the spray was kind of a let down. I have plenty of ventillation. So you're saying spraying HELPS during flower? Thanks

looking pretty good. Definitely doesn't look like 3 weeks flowering though. But that is a big difference between clone and seed. Clones are putting out pistols through veg and are ready to explode on first day of flower. Seeds you gotta wait for the sexing. Nice looking beans. I never have ordered seeds. That could be fun.

The latest I ever sprayed a plant was 3 weeks in. But now...never...they thanked me.
Last run though... I did prevent powdery mildew 100% with 10% milk solution sprayed the first couple weeks of flowering. Time before PM was prevalent.

Let me correct myself. I love spraying the spray bottle like a maniac. And I still do. But I spray the air instead of the plants now. no scientific reason. other then they where talking to me with thier sad faces.

So... I'm flippin ecstatic! I sampled some early flowers and holy shiz-nizzle bat-mizzle...

These are only 2 weeks in 12/12 Blackrecluse, I looked back at the journal... they started on Aug 22...

But if the early tests are any INDICAtion... I'm on to something!

When flowering Marijuana plants, flowers from lower branches can be taken and smoked to gauge the potential for the final colas.

This will be high quality bud. Dry it first for a couple days on any clean, dry, nonporous surface.

I always end up skimming the lower popcorn buds. I always feel guilty. I am curious what the safest method is for sampling in the 4,5, and 6th week? I am also curious how you make it into the 9th week while taking all those samples, hahahaha. I always end up cutting something down at 7 weeks cause I am more then ready and have been depending on them for almost a month. Last time I just figured the weakest plant would be my sampler.

These are as of today, 9/12/13... they went into 12/12 on 8/22 so they're three weeks in...

There are no more low branches and flowers only the main colas.

why do they call them colas anyway?
