Seedsman scammed me?

3 weeks ago I made an order with them, and havent heard a single word from them yet, did not sent my order, did not answer e-mail, their "support" is useless, and at this point I guess I just got scammed.

What I found funny is that they sent me an automated message saying they take pride in their "world class customer service", wich aparently consists in stealing money from their customers lmao

I know they are legit, because I have made an order with them in the past, but this really sucks, I would never buy from them again.

UPDATE

so I opened their website today, and apparently after 3 weeks they sent my order, but to the wrong adress...

3 weeks ago when I made the order I saw that they did not have included the zip code (wich was written on my account info). So in less than 24 hours I have sent an request saying to them to "please do not send it to the wrong adress", and informed them the correct adress. They also mixed my previous street name with my new street name. So the adress format was obviously wrong.

So in the end they did not stole my money, but send it with the wrong adress, wich is basically the same thing because I will not receive the seeds either way.

They obviously did not answered any of my e-mails or support requests too. What a joke. Should have gone with the att. seedbank.

Wow fast update......

Maybe keep track on the address info.....so sounds like the fault was on your end.
My fault? Dude, wtf. In less than 24 hours after the order was placed I sent an request to them to correct it before sending (they say we should inform it in less than 24 hours, and so I did).

They ignored all the requests and after 3 weeks they send it to the wrong adress anyway.

I lost a couple of bucks and some seeds due to their terrible customer support. But they lost a customer forever. I've never experienced such a shitty service while buying seeds.

Sounds like a personal mistake. I've only done about fives orders through seedsman but they're 5/5 with me.

Was the address on the order you placed correct? If not.. then it is you holding the bag. If they mixed up 2 legit addresses.. it's going to go back to them. That would be their fault. If there is no such "1234 Bird shit Avenue" in said town.. they will get a "Return to sender"
Even if you hit them up 30 mins after placing the order. By the time that info gets up the pipeline, your seeds were most likely shipped out to the address they had. It may take some time, but I can't see a bank like seedsman leaving you hang out to dry like that. I'm pretty sure they'll make it right. They just don't know that you don't have the seeds.
Ppl try screwing them over a lot over the years I bet.

I hate those guys! Bought a dozen seeds a year or so ago 2 popped. Contacted CS they claimed they were going to make it good. That was the last I heard from them and the last time they will hear from me.

sounds like it autofilled a wrong address or something for you from an old autofill, and if it were me I'd blame myself first. I wouldn't be surprised if seedsman sent you a replacement order though, they've always been great

Dude, they took 3 WEEKS TO SHIP. its 21 days. Without answering a single a request I made. They just ignored all my messages and e-mails.. and send it to a wrong adress anyway (that was mixed with my old adress, and I dont know how this happened, because I dont have an autofill on my internet browser, so it was their website fault probably).

Anyway, Like I said, I lost a couple of bucks, and will delete my account on their website and never buy again because their customer service is non existent. Also, if they say that in less than 24 hours after I placed the order I can hit em up to change the adress, so be it. But that was a lie aparently.

If in almost one month they did not gave me a single answer, I doubt they will replace my order.

Thats my lesson to not buy on shitty websites to save money, because cheap turned out to be way more expensive (plus the stress of almost a month to dispatch).

It won't hurt to send them another email, which address did you send it to? I've never had an issue with them

Because it's a newbie mistake?

I'm joking, I've done this before while shopping online after I recently moved out but didn't update our stored shipping locations. I just never blamed the company for it.
I've done this at bestbuy.com and they mailed expensive parts to the old address still....it happens. Can't really blame the vendor though.

First…Seedsman is in Spain. Is that walking distance from you or something?
Secondly.. The only shipping information they have is what you gave them. They don’t just assume where to ship your order. Hold yourself just as accountable for the delay. It takes two.

Read more carefully next time ;p
Ok..

^ Literally How the thread was started. First sentence in post #1. Did you not catch that?

The OP should also confirm their shipping address is correct before EXPECTING a package to make it to them. Just common sense.
When I order, I not only confirm where it's being shipped.. I also make sure I'm using the payment method I wish to use it checked off.

It's like ordering from door dash from work during the week.. then being pissed when you order on a Saturday night, and the food gets delivered to the workplace.

Seed sellers are something else. I bought 10 seeds from a semi-known seed vendor and out of 10 I have 3 plants. i have raised plants for years and at the same time popped my seeds and got 100% out of all of them. I complained by email and never heard from him. How's that for customer service? At least you found out what happened. I never have but I know who I will tell everyone not to buy seeds from: "Newguy420". COMPLETE BUNK

Were did they get your old street name and address from. ? And why would you email them within 24hrs to change address if you put the right address in. I've never seen were it says you can change address within 24hrs. Ive seen them say if paid they send out with in 24hours or something. But usually if its before a certain time in the day it goes out within a couple of hours.

You should contact the breeder if seeds are bad. Seedsman mostly distribute. Unless its their own brand seeds. Are you sure your not on about in covid wen everything was in lockdown, and mail was taking months to get were it should ?

just call visa and do a charge back if seedsman refuses to communicate properly, thats what i did last time seedsman screwed me around. then order some place else. seedsman is one of the worst seedbanks out there i hope you learned something from this experience.

It took 3 weeks before they shipped. Seedsman did not reply to any emails sent during this period.
He's saying they sent the package to his old adress which was previously registered on their website.

Read more carefully next time ;p
That makes no sense. Cus if they arnt replying how would the op know they shipped 3 weeks later. Rather odd.
