I have the exact problem!
On the Purchase Order (PO), there is not all the address information. Specifically missing the ZIPcode.
When I check the information that I input, I checked on my profile, it was all complete.
This is my fourth PO, but I won't Purchase with them anymore, the customer service takes too long to reply.

Giving the wrong address is nothing more than "Garbage in, garbage out). There's also too many flaws in the story.
