Show Me What You Got LST?

It is my first time doing CCOB, but yes. I am planning to make hash and/or oil/butter with all of my popcorn/trim and any other overages.

I have 2 more CCOB'd in my perpetual garden after it, and plan to do it to all of my plants in veg, shortly before they get flowered. It seems like the best way to control the canopy stretch for a perpetual garden and I can also control the width of these bushes, so they don't get real wide. I probably could/should have ran a few more around the outside of the cage but it was just too easy to push them all into the center.

Hopefully by the time I get through round 2, and have done CCOB on 6 other plants, I will have a better idea of how it works. The top of the cage is only 12 or 13" on these ones, and I expect my plants to finish around 20" tall. The one chronic that flowered first with no training is 24" tall (in a shorter/smaller pot).

Here is my entire perpetual garden, and the flower canopy from today.

So I found out I have spider mites and nute burned my plants in the same day. YAY!!! Put in some Pest Strips and they seem to be working. This is the first time I've done LST this extreme and I usually don't cut off fan leaves. But seeing as how dense things were getting, I started snipping. I removed most of the big fan leaves and the plants seem to be responding well. I had 8 plants but sacrificed two due to overcrowding. I'll probably flower just 4 in the future. This is my first grow after a long time off and I obviously went overboard with the number of plants (and nutes). I flushed and the plants seem to be coming back though.

I'm right at 32 days and the plants seem to be responding well to the defoliation. I tied down most of the side shoots, and only a day later the undergrowth is filling back in nicely. I plan to veg for 2 more weeks. If this works out then I might start snipping at a month on all future grows. Hey, maybe if I snip off enough leaves I can starve the mites to death...

Here's some pics

hey man the plants are looking good, i would suggest leaving any and all fan leafs on the plant unless they are extremely infested or almost dead, it doesnt look like you took to much off but you said you took the biggest ones witch means you took the plants biggest solar panel pretty much. they seem to be doing just fine though, i just dont think fan leafs should be cut unless it is being cut cuz it is on a lower branch that is being takin off

I would like to ask Rasputin71 what exactly does CCOB stand for but since I'm on his ignore list just for giving him rep I guess I'll never know......anyway.....here are current up to the minute pics of my Warlock in 10gal FFOF....

dam endlscycle they are putting on some weight, i know he told you what CCOB was already, but Hobbes also has a whole thread on it i believe with how to's and pictures through out, i tried to find it but will have to do so later

Hmm i wanting to make more room in my box so i was thinking my plants are prety bushy. So i was wondering if i rap my plants in chicken wire makeing the plant in more of a V would that slow down growth? (i also want to do this to keep my leaves from touching my lights)

Have fun trimming those buds =) looks like a nice harvest congrats!

Starting 12/12 tomorrow. 35 days from seed. They'd probably be bigger but I burned the shit out of 'em and growth slowed for a few days. No topping done, just LST. Thought about topping, but these things are shrubs as it is. I can't even tell where the top of the plant is unless I look underneath the leaves and follow the main stem. Hopefully I'll get a bunch of colas roughly the same size. I've never done LST to the extreme like this.

Ive been vegging these girls (grandaddy blueberry) for 5 weeks now and will continue for another 2-3 weeks. They were LSTed right after being transplanted into 1 gallon pots, given 2 weeks to grow up and then transplanted into 7.5 gallon smart pots. Once they rooted I tied down the main tips and have let them grow straight up for the past 3 weeks. Currently the girls are 15in tall and about 20 inches wide with incredibly dense foliage and growth shoots. Let me know what you think!

One girl has about a week left, the other has about 3 wks to go...the mutant is just 3 wks in. These buds are nice and dense and I'm in no hurry to chop now so Ima give her a little more time. You done any fishing yet? The weather is getting great around here.

id di some river fishing last week when we had 60 degree and sunny skies and the river level dropped, but now it is back to cold as winter, we got rain for 2 days and then a small amount of snow. the weather has been odd here, we had about a week of spring weather and every thing bloomed and now bam back to freezing temps.

im gonna be doin alot of bass fishing though here in the summer coming up.
and dam those buds are gonna be pretty big if she is only 3 weeks in
