Slinger's 300 watt LED grow, Purple Cadillac and Grand AK

Stems are starting to harden. Will most likely be ready to go into jars in a day or two. Ordered some half gallon canning jars. Will be making hash sometime soon as well, all the trim is almost dry. Have it in the tent with the buds but there is a fan blowing directly onto it. Should have you guys a pretty accurate weight report by 420.

Well gentlemen everything has come down from hanging, stems snap easily. Its all in jars now, have not weighed it all up yet but ill give ya a little sneak preview as to the total buds that I got, not including all the small stuff that I just left in the trim pile for hash making. Now is the time for guesses on total weight. 9 quart jars filled, not packed in because things still gotta breathe and there will be some residual moisture that needs to be burped out over the next couple days before they are vac sealed off for curing!

415-445g dry in the jars.....good job sling.

I'm gonna low ball it and say 315-345. I really hope it's 400+ that would be so sick!

Weight Report!!

The Purple Cadillac weighed in at: 138 g

The Grand AK weighed in at: 171 g

Grand TOTAL: 309 g

This is not including all the small buds which were thrown in with the trim. Atleast 7 grams worth.
I still need to get a kilawatt to find out actual draw. Most LED lights seem to draw 70-90 less watts then actually stated so if we go with that estimate at the moment. 210+210=420, my harvest at basically 310, totaling .75 g per watt. Anyways enough of that, here are some nug shots, will do a smoke report on 420. GROW ON!

Final Thoughts: I should have flowered maybe 5 days more on the Purple Cadillac to get that purple color locked in but the trich's were right and since this is for my personal use, I don't care that its not purple. Once again thanks for sharing in my journey!

I was betting on 0.7g/watt a while back.

420 Smoke Report

The Purple Cadillac is super heady high, harvested with mostly cloudy trich's and I can definitely tell the difference. It still has a small hint of grassy sweet smell but when you break it open its super sticky and smells like citrus and candy. Taste is a little green but that is due to the lack of cure time, still has a great flavor you just get a slightly green aftertaste. A couple bong rips and I'm flying so definitely a strong smoke, good for daytime activities, I don't think I could sleep very well on it. Have not smoke the Grand Ak yet, its still slightly moist so I'm giving it a little more dry/cure time.
