Yep... OP, inner realm (including emotions) works like this: Whatever you dwell on you will receive.
Focus on how afraid you are, or how threatened you are, and you will feel those emotions. Focus on the love and freedom you know are also present in your life. Focus on your own strength. Focus on how one person can turn it all around. Adjust your focus.
Many believe it is justified to focus on things they don't like because they think it is the only way to change them. However, change begins with you. What you don't like in others is a reflection of what you don't like in yourself. Move on and focus on what you do like, both in others and in yourself, and you will see the world change before your very eyes.
Those who cling to the idea that the only way to change something is to dwell on it, are deluded. They neither want change for themselves or others... they simply wish to propogate the fear much like those that they martyr as being the source of fear or control. But you don't have to aid in that if you don't want to. Ask yourself, do you really want to push fear forward, or do you want to spread love and fly in the face of others' oppression? You cannot oppress the free. They are free, regardless.
The outer realm, is a projection. It is like the movie screen, while your inner realm/mind is the projector. When you change what you emit, the world you observe will change.
