Square's Flower Tent...Mixing the spectrum's

CLW is insanely priced. I want a panel in the worst way but I'm standing back for now. Everyone throws out that generic line of "If you want quality then your gonna have to pay".

I understand that. But there is quality and there is being taken advantage of. I love my dank weed and I used to pay around $400/oz for it, Which is quality and priced that way but I wouldn't pay $600. am I making sense?

Anyway, This is me, standing on the sidelines, clutching my almost broken Blackstars hoping for price reductions or a quality decently priced panel to come along.

PS - Just using CLW as an example. There are a bunch of insanely priced quality led panels out there from several companies.

Today was not a great day for my grow. Normally I go down in the morning and do my gardening routine, however today being the fourth.... I got distracted. I Went down at 330pm and found all lights off. I have one of those timer strips that has a row of 4 outlets on a timer and a row of 4 that are not. For whatever reason the timer wasn't clicking power on or off. So now I have to manually turn the lights on/off untill I can get a timer.

Lights on for me is 7am lights off7pm so they only "slept in late" if you will. I'm not too concerned about light stress from the lights going on late today. It could of been worse. I'll be sure to turn lights off tonight and on in the am tomorrow till I get a timer.

Canopy lights off, in the foreground is SSH on the right. She smells so fruity and is producing a lot of trichomes.


Things are coming right along. I am very happy with Kaya. She has some beautiful buds covered in crystals. She has a wonderful citrus flavor that lingers in your nostrils for a bit. Super sticky to the touch of course. Buds are very dense and getting fatter. I am checking this plant every day b/c she was put into flower on 5/16 so today is day 53. Some Colas still have some white hairs growing, gotta be patient

Here is a pic of a 16oz party cup clone. I cloned this one in flower, got it to root under 18/6 and threw it back into the flower tent. She is one of the pollinated ones.



I took a shot of the dual Cola plant. Absolutely no smell and little trichome production. Not sure what Im gonna do with this one when its done.


I will take some more pics of the "monster clones" as they are starting to take off, right now I'm just too hot .

Btw just a note The haze has been feed jacks bloom booster and is getting juicy. However I think the fox farm trio fed to Kaya works better with the soil I'm using. (Ffof).When I start nutes again on new plants I'm sticking to the fox farms. I've been useing it for years and I just dig that stuff.

It's funny because I bought one huge bag of jacks perpetual and one another oversized bag of jacks bloom booster one day. I had read a thread praising the product so i gave it a whirl this grow. Ehh jacks seems to do the job, but I just feel like Kaya was healthier throughout the flowering process(fed ff) . Since I have so much of it I'll go ahead and use some more of it with my next grow and see if I can do better with it on one or two plants. I'll have to use the rest of it on my plants around my house. Looks like ill have some sick blooms on my property

A couple shots of some monster clones. They look uguly as sin.

I took a small clone down today (not a pollinated one). The trichomes were mostly cloudy and one or two amber here or there, just what I wanted a head high.

Its a very small yield as this was basically a bud stick. Ill be happy if i get a 3 grams off it when it dries. Wet it weighs 9.5g and that's mostly stem.

Ok a few things.

First I think i may have taken that bud stick down too early. I thought I had seen mostly cloudy trichs with little amber. However after closer inspection seems like it was mostly clear trichomes. . Im not sure what led me to believe that bud was ready, maybe it was several bong rips and the fact that I bought a new loop ...


anyway its day 58 for kaya and she is getting close. No really she is. Prolly gonna be harvested in a week or so. Kaya is on the left and you can see the SSH off to the right. She is starting to show deficiencies now Id give more ferts but she will be done very very soon.



super silver haze on the right and a multi cola plant on the left. The one on the left is starting to smell delicious. She has a bit of nute burn. Yesterday I ran some fresh water through her. Along with the super silver haze, dual cola and Kaya. They all got a fresh water bath.

Here is a shot of the monster clones and three plants on the right. I gave everything in here N to promote veg. I took a small monster clone of the SSH the other day, it took roots in 6 days. Took out one of the small kaya monster clones to make space for the ssh clone (its outside).


All comments and ideas welcome as usual.

My little bud is almost cured. Id say it'll be done tomorrow or Wednesday. I took a lil pinch off her and packed it in the bong. Although I took it down a few days early, its a nice head high, very smooth. Im happy with it, so delicious and satisfying

I took down another bud stick down. Amber Trichomes were creeping in so I cut it, not looking for couch lock. I took some pics of it but for some reason cant post them to the site right now .
