Staking and trimming??

I am probably 2 weeks from flower and was told that the kush I am growing needs to be staked to support the buds?? The question is when do I do this and may the bigger question is how, these pics are from a few days ago but Im not sure when I should start to stake and maybe trim fan leaves?? Any input would be greatly appreciated

Just stick 3' green stakes in the container you will use for flowering. When you need them they will be there.

i dont use the same 5 gallon tbuckets for flowering too?
