yes some of them i did trim the bottom branches, i also have one that i pollenated in the back so hopefully i will have some extra seeds from this grow...12/12 from seed has been great from me...i like small stout plants and by doing this with some strains you can finish under 2'...which is a real plus...i currenly have all 5 girls direcly under my 400 hps..all fit nicely under the hood, nothing outside the hood...and i can get the light about 6" away from the tops...the next 3 weeks are gonna be great..

Absolutely beautiful plants. Just started reading this today. Did you ever get your temp/ventilation problems fixed? What did you end up having to do?

YEA EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH, NO PROBLEMS AT ALL..I CANT REALLY SEAL MY ROOM UP YET BUT I LEAVE THE DOOR CRACKED AND IT WROKS PERFECT..I STOP WRITING ON HERE B/C IT DIDNT SEEM LIKE ANYONE WAS STILL FOLLOWING...I WILL OST SOME NEW PICS TOMORROW..THESE ARE ABOUT 3-4 DAY OLD...

ditto. absolutely beautiful. you said you've had them on 12/12 from seed?!? When did they start to sex? definitely keep posting, and let us know how much you harvest. I've also had issues with height, so that might be a solution (not to mention cutting down on the power usage!).

Well Almost 12/12 From Seed. I Did Let Them Veg For About 2-3 Weeks. After I Flipped The Switch All Females Showed In About 15 Days And All Males Showed In About 10 Days. My Biggest Plant Is About 20 Inches, So Height Is No Problem...another Reason It Is Great Os B/c All 5 Plants Fit Directly Under My 400 Hps..thanks For The Kuddos...will Keep Ya Posted...

does anyone have a good way to cure the buds...i dont wanna use a water cure, but any suggestions are welcomed...how do they look so far???

Stick them in a airtight glass jar for a wk or 2

Yes.
Put them in an airtigt glass jar. (do not use plastic)

You want to make sure they are dried out good 1st.
The outside of the bud will dry and start getting crispy.
When you put them into jars they will sweat the moisture from the center of the buds outward.
You will need to open the jar a few times a day when they first go in.
They will build up condensation in the jar.

The jars should be put in a dark cool place.

cool thanks for the tips...i will be chopping my first plany in about 3 days...gonna give her 48 hrs of dark then chop chop...will post some pics in the next few days...how do they look so far? i intended for them to be so small...

I air dried mine for 5 days first. THEN I put them in jars, and re -opened them everyday for a week. Then they stay in the jars, and I DO NOT smoke them until they cure for a total of 4 weeks. THEY MUST STAY IN TOTAL DARKNESS AT ALL TIMES !!!.
WELL,,except I did try some, and believe me, if you smoke a bud cured 2 weeks, it is NOT as potent as a bud cured 4 weeks.

pretty darn cool how they grew into one big bud,what do you think the weight will be per plant dry.and how tall are they at cut down.

this site is dead...i post this thread on another site and i have hits all day...i'm lucky if i get one a day here...will let you know the final weight. am shooting for 1 ounce per plant...

Very nice buds. Be patient and let them get bigger.
