So... correct me if I'm wrong. People here on this site WORK for stealth hydro? Is that what I am coming to understand.

So basically I went to this site, looking for grow ideas. I then read rave reviews BY PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR THE COMPANY, on this site, and so I buy the product.

I am then ripped off and still do not have my refund. You know that is actually fraud.

As far as being nice, you need to understand something. I made a purchase in good faith. I was then ignored, and when I tried to out what was going on, I was lied to.

Then I asked for a refund and was not given it.

My attitude is not the issue here. Don't even try to turn that around on me. The issue here is that I want a damned refund for a product I purchased and did not receive. A product THAT NEVER EVEN SHIPPED.

A refund that I still do not have. This company is garbage and if I don't have a refund by the end of the day I'm going to get a lawyer and seek punitive damages for fraud. If you work for stealth hydro you need to disclose that when you make reviews about their products online.

The people that use this site need to understand that stealth hydro will rip them off. Because that is what happened to me. I'm going to escalate this as far as possible. It's fucking war now.

No company in the USA wants to deal with the better business bureau and they alawys follow up. Dont cuss in your email nothing along those line, very professional."

But the people on this site NEED to know that I am HAVING To do this. That this is what stealth hydro's unprofessionalism has forced on me. Here I am wasting a nice friday afternoon having to post on forums and write emails to assholes just to get the money back for a product these turds decided to never actually ship, or notify me it was backordered.

Also I don't appreciate the attitude of roseman and purpdaddy, who seem to actually even work for this company. They sure possess an awful lot of knowledge about them.

I suggest folks find another company for their growing needs. That is all I can really do. I hope they keep fucking with me because the longer this drags on the more punitive damages I will get.

listen man,i dont work for the company,i think those 2 dudes are reprisenting them,like i said if anybody can help you its homey,he like an ambassador for em or some shit,you said you paid wit a debit right?
i always use my debit,if i had a problem i'd call the debit card company,you shoulda used protection,i have protection on my card,anytime there is a purchase they call me to check if its a valid one,they do it to me because why?
i dont think im in a better situation than you,you probably got the same shit as me,but the point is that you could just call them up and they put a stop payment on that purchase,either you do that or you stop coming in here to complain about it,we all are using ours,were all winning in here except you,i suggest you build your own or sit here everyday complaining while we keep on growing(and winning)either you put up or shut up...peace

LOL dude, your gonna consider a law suit over a product you intended to use to grow marijuana? clearly you cant use this site as a reference...

Sadly no matter how good a company is occasionally a bad deal gos down.

I work for a very high end consumer product company and I can tell you this: the politer you are on the phone the more I will go out of my way to help you. The second you start being rude or yelling I will put you off until you calm down enough to be reasonable. My advice: Call back and say you were just frustrated and try to work through things in a polite mannor.

Its a good thing having a vendor rep in the forums. It allows for instant tech support and answers to potential buyers questions. It also provides a lot of feedback that a company can use to improve uppon theyre product.

And one more thing. PLEASE stop posting negative coments is everyt single thread about stealth hydro. It makes you look petty and no offence but its anoying lol.

For the reccord I dont even own a stealth hydro system, Im a DIY kind of guy. And yes I would be pissed off too $300 isnt chump change! But as someone who is often on the otherside of the phone I cant stress the need to be polite and respectfull when trying to resolve an issue.

I got pissed off and confrontive the other day and it cost me that little red block above my post count.

Just chill out, roll a spliff and call them back:joint:
 
Here you go Nikk. Here's a copy of the email I sent them. If I'm trying to start shit why would I be writing them this email?

I purchased 1 x SHK-1, Dual Spectrum Bubbleponics™ Complete Kit, with dual spectrum lights, on 14 Aug 2009 from Stealthhydro.com. My order number is 148757.

I made this purchase based on the rave reviews of the product on the rollitup.org website. It now appears those reviews are written by employees of the stealthhydro company, or at least associates of the company. One of the members of the website being on a first name basis and having intimate knowledge of the details of the company.

After making the purchase I received no tracking information or any information at all for a week.

On Thursday, August 20, 2009 4:22 PM, I emailed your company and asked why the product had not shipped yet or if there was a tracking number. I was then responded to on August 21 with this fedex tracking number 854812160281983. However at no time between then, and Aug 28th has this tracking number existed as far as fedex is concerned.

I called on Monday, the 24th of August to find out if the order had been shipped. I was told that some parts of the order where backordered and the product still could not ship. At this point I asked to cancel the order. I was told that I would be placed on the refund list and that the refund would hit my account on Thursday, the 27th of August.

The refund did not arrive. When I called stealthhydro to ask about the refund, the CSR I spoke with began to insist that the product had already shipped. When I tried to explain that I had asked to cancel the order and for a refund *BEFORE* it shipped he became defensive and obnoxious. He continuously tried to speak over me as I tried to explain that the fedex tracking information he was looking at was incorrect. I was not able to explain because each time I tried to get him to listen to me he simply spoke louder. This resulted in a shouting match. He then threatened me that he would not be willing to process the refund for me unless I followed his incorrect instructions and changed my attitude. His instructions were to refuse the order when it arrived so it would be shipped back. He did not understand that the product HAD NOT BEEN SHIPPED, and so his instructions where impossible. As I tried to make him understand his error he hung up on me.

I then called back and spoke with a more reasonable person who assured me that the refund would be processed by the end of the day Thursday, August 27th. It is now 4pm on Friday, August 28th and the refund is still not in my account.

I am very unhappy with the unprofessionalism that I have experienced dealing with your company. The list of issues are as follows.

1. I was not informed the product I was purchasing was on backorder.
2. When I tried to find out information about why the product was not shipping, I was given a fake fedex number to fake me into believing the product had shipped.
3. I was told I would be getting a refund and WHEN I would be getting that refund. That has not occurred.
4. The more I have tried to correct and overcome this problem with your company the ruder and more evasive you have become.
5. I received verbal abuse both online, and over the phone by your employees as I attempted to sort out the problem and get a refund of my money.

If I don't have my refund within 48 hours I will be turning this over to the better business bureau. After that I will also take whatever other measures are necessary to secure the return of my money along with whatever punitive damages are applicable. You have wasted quite a bit of my time and caused me emotional and mental stress as a result of poor customer service and complete lack of professionalism.




In any case. I dont want any mob action. I'm not asking people to burn down their stupid shop or anything.

But this website is where I got the info to buy the stealth hydro kit. All I am trying to do is warn people that this company sucks. Even if their product is decent and people like it, you could still end up ripped off by them just like I did.

And as far as smokin trees go.. The whole damned reason I tried to buy this stupid system is because i can't afford the $500 an ounce for grass in chicago anymore. Neither can I afford to get ripped off by some podunk disorganized shitty company either.

Understandable dude, just try to chill a bit and im sure you can work this out a lot easier w/ a clear head. Trust me im a realy anxious guy and I cant get anything resolved when Im all worked up.

dude i had the same problem a year ago with stealth hydro....ordered it and received confirmation that my unit had shipped...but i got false tracking #....so i called and they had back orders my lights so i had to wait a long while b4 gettin my package.....i did talk to em but they were calm and coolie with me...anywho i ended building a better/bigger one and only used their lights and net pots!!! waste of mula on my part!!o well no hard feelings

Dude.. I've been trying to get this resolved for over a week now. I have been more than patient. Patience was not working. This company is just telling me bullshit over the phone and not following through!

look im sorry if i was harsh,i know how mad you must feel,but all in all they are a pretty decent company,but if they done you wrong,well,wrong is wrong and you SHOULD BE UPSET,but i would just keep at it,and i recommend you get a NETSPEND debit card,that way you are protected against messed up purchases,but you could build your own for waaaay cheaper,and its easy as shit

I'm definitely going to build my own. I think it will be a good experience for me. That is another reason why I am so pissed. I got a really tight budget and so until I get my refund my smoking days are over. Literally. It's fucking weak dude!! Those jerks at stealth hydro have set me back quite awhile. One way or another Im getting my money back or satisfaction.

Sorry to hear of your problems with Steath Hydro. I have bought from them several times, with only one small problem, which they fixed as soon as I called (they over-nighted a replacement for the broken part). I hope your situation is a RARE case, since I have recommended Steath Hydro to many people.

The lawyer will laugh it off because the amount is way too small to bother with. When you get treated badly by a company all you can do is chalk it up to experience and remember that the best education is often painful and expensive. You won't make the same mistake again.

In any case, love John Prine. Thanks for the back up. I know I gotta learn from this mistake. I won't buy anything online with a debit card again that is for sure. And I'll never buy from stealthhydro at all.

All I ever wanted to do was warn people in the grower community about what they did to me. I've done that. Sucks they still toss bs around. But it bumps my thread.

P.s. still no refund in my account.

the service isn't the greatest, but the system is... It took three weeks for me to get it. I was pissed too, but I also realized that it was a good lesson in patience. Either way, if they were rude to you on the phone that sucks, I would be very upset as well. I would suggest calling back and asking to speak to Martin. As long as you are polite and explain your frustration with the previous employee, he will surely do something to help you out.
As far as the Bubbleponics system goes, I really have been very impressed with it.
You can look at my album as well as any part or the stealth hydro thread to see that it is an effective growing device.
As far a creating a slander name and a slander thread goes, I would suggest going about this in a better way. Ask roseman about it politely, explain why you feel as though you've been treated unfairly and he'll even probably try to help you. If your rude he won't... Good luck...
