Just Give Up growing and realize Growing Just is not for me. You have 70 plus threads started yes, by you and you still have not got it yet..

Just stop:mrgreen::peace:

or I think you where asking about a ph pen in some thread, get that and keep your plants in the ph zone. All nutes have your Macro's in it at this point, ALL. Find one that you like or as you are doing the super soil thing, young plants should be able to be transplant without burning.

Growing is pretty easy, so if you are not getting it, don't know what to tell you.

Plus there are 1000's of detailed grow diaries on here, so again this might not be your strong point. Bahahah
My thumb may not be the greenest here, but with that attitude I would never accomplish anything.

You are right .

The original poster should just stick to one medium till he masters it and one nute line till he masters it, perhaps even one strain. The person was doing way way to many things. You would have to look at all the other threads, they have started...

I try experimenting around when in not satisfied with results. But I have always tried to keep things simple and cost effective. But I do think I will take things back to what was working and try to fine tune my method. I do not blame mediums or nutrients, this is all user error.

wish i was there with you. I'm no weed expert but i know organic soil grows very well. if you have good soil you shouldn't have to add any fert. till early blooming.and even then, you won't need much. work on your watering , temps , PH , RH and lights. you get them down, you're golden! stay consistent. not everyone has a green thumb but i think you can figure it out.

So are you saying the rest of us that run a three day wet dry cycle in soil are wrong because thats pretty much how most of us roll. When it needs water everyday its time for a transplant to a bigger pot.
I've been torn between responding, or letting it go. I don't want to...

In a sense, no, you are not wrong in watering every 3. If that's what they need and when they need it, that is what you do.

However, that being said, without giving up any "spoilers", I've dropped many hints through my few (it's all relative) posts. With that, I've already said too much.

Probably 2 here that can decipher this, but even if they did, more than likely they would "second guess" themselves, and be convinced otherwise.

Good luck. bongsmilie

Im not sure what your saying, daily wet/dry cycles in soil are not desirable or that great.

You're knowledge here is lacking, I can quickly point to "peer reviewed", but I will refrain. Again, I feel that I've already said too much.

Organic soil... Feed the herd once in a while. Then water the rest of the time.
Smoke comes out really nice too.

Straight COCO coir and DTW. Only need to give the roots a few days to fill in the pot and you can water multiple times a day. It is the Hydro system you're looking for..cause it's basically soil that you can not overwater(unless roots aren't established)

I know quite a few companies market towards coco / hydro. But do you know if you really need a specific type of nutrient when dealing with coco?

Here is a simple super soil recipe that will give you a successful grow and the ingredients are cheap and easy to find. I have used it for many years with unwavering success. It is otherwise known as "Vic High's" super soil and all you have to do is water. The recipe calls for fritted trace elements but I just add Earth Juice MicroBlast (trace elements) every 3 or 4 weeks and all is good. Just remember to let age 3 to 4 weeks before using. This will take the plant through veg and bloom cycle and right to harvest.

1 Bale sunshine mix #2 or promix (3.8 cu ft)
8 cups Bone Meal - phosphorus source
4 cups Blood Meal - nitrogen source
1 1/3 cups Epsom salts - magnesium source
3-4 cups dolmite lime -calcium source & pH buffering
1 tsp fritted trace elements
4 cups kelp meal (potassium source)
9kg (25 lbs) bag pure worm castings

Organic soil in the toilet. Just think about that for a second, low maintenance, convenient to top dress and easy to water.
