Found my sunglasses thank God!
, time for another run my friends. Cxb3590 4000k, Osram 660/730nm, using two cords for the timers on this proto fixture but that will be corrected on the final units. On to the pics:
We know the deal, hand built in CA. The guys did a good job tbh, thick gauges, grounded and fused(cords are too short imo, easy fix). Cleaned and sanitized the orca film, applied some mild food crop approved pesticide on the perimeters(bifenthrin), turned on full blast and yowza!lol.............no secondary lenses needed or wanted.
322watts, knob on full cob/660nm power(730nm is separate), that's how I'm running it the first round because I can and want to see what this thing can do. Next/summer run will be dimmed down, as this crappy closet can't take wattage. Ran it for awhile and it's quiet.
Strain: Jordan of the islands God x NL fem (3), meh, will see
Container: 30 gal root trapper II
Intake,exhaust,circulation: passive for stealth, old dayton 265cfm blower, Lasko 12inch wall mount
Odor control: small ozone generator attached to the exhaust
Ferts/additives: Down to Earth vegan mix and filtered tap water, last run with it=== getting bored
Light schedule: 14/10 from seed, 730nm running for 15min after lights out...........24/0 till they all germ to prevent stretch out of the gate. This could easily change if I see any issues.
Meters: CO2 ppm/rh/temp and parrot wireless soil moisture sensor(flowerpower), busy season for me and can't baby sit ....
Medium: ROLS
That's it and lets hope for an easy run.............last year 4000k/660nm was my theoretical pick, little late to the party!lol.........time to put up or shut up.
seeds where planted after a 24hr soak, once they head north we start this crap....
As always I have no idea what I'm doing so help/comments/criticisms are always welcome EXCEPT if you have "cheetah breath", no one wants to smell that shit, seriously.
