waited on hold for 40 minutes, finally got through to "agent 1041". remarked that they must not be very good at their jobs, but that i wouldn't blame them if my last resort in life was to demonize minorities in the same way that hitler demonized the jews.
launched into my story and got about to the point where the local cop arrested me for chasing the humanoid creature before she realized it was a prank and hung up. gave a false name for the report.

i always make sure to thank them for their service, reminding them that without people like them, hitler's "the criminal jew" would have never been so successful.
after the call starts to fall apart i just start asking them if they feel good about what they do. then bverate them a bit once it's clear they are going to disconnect the call.

i've moved on to a new tactic that prolongs the call, wasting more of their time.
i tell them i was raped. then i start crying. you can stretch out the call by at least 5 minutes doing this. when they ask for the name of the assailant, i tell them i don't know, it was in a different language (lol). when they ask what kind of language, i tell them i'm an american. then they ask for a description. i realized "big eyes" gets you hung up on, so i just describe them as "filthy dirtbag illegals".
eventually they will ask for a case number. this is when you stall them. tell them about how your life has been a mess ever since the rape. tell them about how you can't work anymore and all the guys make fun of you. start crying again. rifle through papers.
when their patience is fully exhausted, interrupt them and say you have the case number. then rip into them:
"yes, my case number is HITLER ALREADY DID THIS WITH THE CRIMINAL JEW YOU SCUMBAG COLLABORATOR PIECE OF SHIT" and whatever else you can fire off before they abruptly disconnect.

if i can get just one of them to quit, then that is one more person who needs to be retrained or hired. that wastes their time and money and resources on this nazi project.
lowering morale of the workers seems as sound as outright wasting their time, if not more sound as a tactic.
