Im sorry Yes boil it straight out of the tap let it cool then ph it and adjust. I do agree though. Sprouts need nothing more than light and dirt.. (i use transplant soil for my sprouts) only natural shit ferts.

I gonna Cry... My Srpouts Gonna Die.

He Has been in light and dirt and he is gon die

Boil My RO WAter out of the dispenser? IM lost. IM gonna go make arrangements for sprouts funeral.

I v'e been posting and posting but nothing helps. It is all yellow and wilty on top, and the main 2 leaves are beginning to wilt now too.

Relax. Go pull some tap water from your faucet then bring it to a full boil for 2 minutes. Stick the boiling medium in the freezer or refrigerator to flash cool it. Test the PH of the boiled water if its anywhere close just use it. I dont even test my ph and my plants dont seem to care as long as I boil it.

But I am using Reverse Osmosis water which has been PH'd to 6.5, SO I should just go boil water? Soil is wet already. (from transplant)

Eh. If your plant doesnt like it why argue with it. Thats my motto anyway. When it needs to be watered again try the boiling method see if it likes it better. Remember any tap water in a decent country has been filtered through god knows how many charcoal filters and has had contaminants manually removed the only thing you have to do is burn off the chemicals used for human benefit. At this point theres no harm in trying.

YOU are absolutely RIGHT. If it lives til another watering sould be in a day or so? I will do it. Providing it lives.

Judging by your pictures I think It will be fine :) Transplants are hard on plants but weed is a real contender it can take some punishment. You have a good short stalk to work with and this just means the plant is that much stronger with less space inbetween the ground and the leaves. The light coloration on top looks to be just new growth and the withering sprout leaf is perfectly natural. That set and the spaded set SHOULD die off anyway.

The Spaded set? Not a term Im familliar with (I guess I failed the Newbie Vocabulary Quiz) I am assuming that you mean the to biggest green leaves that are acting like solar panels right now? Wow if those die.

They probably will but thats what the new growth on top is for. You should get your pot leaves soon and they work much better trust me.

Wowie. I understand, just that those 2 leaves litterally bend and twist (almost visibly) if I move the planter right now. I believe that the new growth will be light collectors as well but I think of those like a solar panel on a satelite thats what they look like right now. lol

plant looks good to me..I think ur worrying too much and jumping the gun (talking about making funeral arrangements) but all this talk about water makes me think you might over water her, or cause too much stress on her

Yes she is but a reflection of her keeper. Stressed and hyper
reflection of the owner? i hope she doesnt go hermie then... im j/k

but chill out tho, ur doing an awesome job, mother nature is gonna take over, but most importantly listen to ur plants..they'll tell u what they need..

may the force be with you

Yes leaves are plants version of our solor panels (in a solar power plant AI follows the sun across the sky with the panels.)

I resemble that remark. lol

Love the reference to solar and AI 2 .

Waiting it out. not watering waiting and clearing my mind the plant will tell me what she needs.

ALL the SAME Sprout, different angles

Well no, root rotted, rood bound, twice transplanted, screwed up water, poor soil, poor drainage, 22 day old plants rarely do. BUT this is an improvement over Just yesterday, so I am remaining optimistic and communing with nature so I can Nurse this, poor, tortured sprout, back to health. Read the whole journal you shall see that this is a plant that has been tortured (BY ME) due to lack of SKILL, not knowledge. But (Hopes) she has lived longer than any of her previous 9 sisters/brothers So what do you think?

I have suspiscions about your soil.... It looks super chunky and meaty. I'm using transplant soil and its very fine cut and composted with animal turds of course.

Maybe they arent liking the larger soil content. This is merely speculation however. Check into it. I may if I find some time.

YES right around the sprout it will because (THis has no basis in science) I took some of old soil (1tsp) from before the transplant to lol comfort her in her new home.

AS I said earlier to, she is looking much better than yesterday, a noticable improvement. Yea!
