ugh... heater cores....
worst job I ever did was an AC evaporator case for a 99 windstar.
took me two fuckin days, 17 hrs.
and book time was like 12?
can't remember..
i'd take a kick to my aforementioned left testicle before doing that job again.

Haha I've had the same problems on a 95 ford taurus and 97 acura tl. The tl was the worse yet. Everything including the blower is mounted smack dab in the center, its the last piece to come out after the entire dash LOL. It was hard to remember the nuts and bolts compared to the taurus

the damn thing with the fords is they like to use four different size screws(for the dash) bolts (for the metal to metal contacts) and various plastic snaps for the trim.
and you can't even see some of them so knowing what size they are is annoying.
