hey noman, quick question. i still dont have an oscilating fan in there. do you think when i put it in there itll go down a couple degrees? sorry for my time lapses but im all over the place today. i guess im rusty cause some off my babies are getting weird but whatever. hope to hear from you.
You definitely want to get an oscillating fan in there. The intake exhaust isn't enough. You want some wind blowing on your baby's to help make them strong. I set my fan too high when my plants are vegging and lower the speed once sex starts showing.

It won't help your temps much unless you have a large room. If the room is small you're just going to be recirculating the hot air. If the room is large it will cool some because you'd be dispersing the hot air, mixing the ambient room temp air in with the hot air near your bulb.

Haha, you have to be ready for every and any problem, nothing ever goes perfect. Everytime you buy everything you need and get it set up you realize theres something else you want to optimize it that much more.

A good grow room is Constantly being upgraded.

hum thats seems like alot stuff lets see pics of your ac and all your other goodies you keep speaking about because you have two cheap glass tubes and some dyrer hose wheres your fans wheres your res tank wheres this climate control your talking about and wheres your co2 tank? just asking cause I call bUUUUULLLLSHIIITTT:finger:
In my tent I have to run 2 carbon filters with 4 inch HO fans on either side to get enough airflow through the tent, and I run a 7000BTU AC in the room to manage temps.

I just hit a sweet spot and am managing temps quite nicely with the cold outside. But towards the summer Im gonna need another AC.

Consider an AC or cold air intake, and just better exhaust, the more air moving through the tent the better.

thats the problem with tents...there big bags that hold in heat find a way to seperate clone/mom room and flower chamber only solution is to upgrade you grow area sorry been there done that dont waste money on fans and shit build you a proper room for what your doing 2 400w hps 5'x6'x12' 71.2 low night 80.5 lights on no fans all cool tubes = clone room spent 140.00 wood drywall paint ect hidden door you know in case the cops wanna stroll in and try to bust me again good luck. just a thought hope you get your heat issues resolved

Tents are fine....you just need proper airflow. If you dont have a big enough filter/fan in the tent then its going to hold heat.

The key is how much air can you get going through the tent. My 5x10x7ft tent has all the air replaced over twice a minute. I run a portable AC in the room and never have a problem. I dont even need the AC now that its cold enough I use cold air intake..... And I run 2 x 1k in my tent.

If you take control of the airflow in your grow you can reduce temps a lot.
