Hey tet... yeah, I have a spin pro as well.. I don't regret spending the money on it , as I don't have any extra hands available. I picked mine up a few years back. Did you use the four wire or two wire in your's ?

It came with the 4 wire installed and I've been using it that way ever since. I think all the replacements are 4-wire as well. It did also come with one 2-blade which is more of a blade.

i've been growing and trimming a long time... i've used machines and i've done it by hand... the one thing i will say about these machines is that i have never had a machine do trim as well or as efficiently as an experienced trimmer... i've been paid in cash, and paid in buds... if you have any amount more than a few plants, you should either have a crew of trimmers or an expensive machine... the cheapies do not tend to do it for me... however, it must be said, the closer the trim the better the smoke... plus all that sugar leaf really makes for a happy concentrate-making session...

all of these machines are very hard on the product being put thru them. they only make sense to use if you have lbs. to trim and no help. i have a friend with the salad bowl type and every time he's done there is soooooo much resin just smashed and spread around the whole inside. all i can think when he's done is what a damn shame. my 2 cents.

Yeah, I hear people saying that. I just don't find that is the case with my unit and my experience thus far. There is relatively little in the bowl when I am done, but then I do a fair amount of it by hand anyway. Only the nugs that are well suited to the machine go in there, which ends up being roughly half the total. Those come out very nice however. A couple of my experienced buddies think so too.
