I use Agsil 16H. I've only used it with soil but here is a website that'll give you the application rates.

I used Dyna-gro Protekt before I switched to soil.. Good product at a decent price..

Cheers, thanks for the info on the silica, I'll look into adding that into my next grow. Is everyone adding this to the res or are you foliar spraying it?
