im startin a cfl grow in a few days wondering what setup im going to need to do.. i have 4 150 watt cfl's and 1 200 watt cfl and im using these bulbs in a 3ft w 3 ft deep 6ft tall closet.. so the plan is to have all the plants after germination to be set in 10" pots and were going to have the floor filled wit as many plants as possible and were going to have the 4 150w bulbs hanging in a square formation around the plant to try and maximize the light coverage. the 200 watt will most likely put in the middle of the square bc it is the strongest.. it will look like a dice wit 5, the lights will be 2-5 inches from the plants at all time we are able to adjust to height so that wont be a problem, we have the walls covered in tinfoil, we plan on investing on mylar when we have the money n find it in a store lol,,we have miracle grow and holland bloom soil which r both high in npk and we have perlite and soil sponge that were going to mix both into the soil.. we also have this liquid plant food we will be using,,,wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks with cfls were new to the cfl growing so any help is appreciated thanks...

wattage or luminens???? sounds like you might want some more 6500ks to get started unless those are like 42 watt cool whites

Anyone got experience using both a 150watt hps as well as 2 68watt 2700K CFLs together for flowering? I figured the broader spectrum would help the budding phase. also have 6 23watts that I'm still figuring if I even need... I've only got 2 plants going, but several clones are on the way.... can I expect decent result from this? I am using tiger bloom for the first 2 weeks then advanced nutrients' big bud?.... I'm a newbie but you boys got me addicted by just reading this forum..... I will upload pics soon....
