Here is a video about UV light. nice and only 5 minutes long. enjoy
UV-A, UV-B and UV-C.
UV-C close to x-rays not a good choice.
UV-A broader but not as beneficial.
UV-B narrow band width of light lots of power and helps improve terps and flavor. enjoy the video. go find some UV-B lights. lol.

Love this guy.
Very informative, but quite known already that UVB causes serious skin damage.

However, worth it for increased resin in flower.
