veg led

Recently purchaced a 2x2 tent.
I want to set up a prepetual harvest.. so I need a light for strictly veging pants...
Would one of thos 90 watt ufos be enough light for a 2x2 space?
Whats the best brand?
Rather not buy a crap one .

Go with the best there is two 3070s entire setup costing less then $120

You can have 5000watts If it's not the correct spectrum nothing will grow

Yeah, DIY for that wouldn't be hard at all. 2 cxa3070 or vero 29 could cover 4sqft for veg. Honestly, it might be possible to veg that area with just 1.

Or wait for the photo reds from cree and see how people use them. (if you like waiting)

Yeah the Hans or area51 would do well. I didn't do well with my UFO for veg it did pretty well for flower

If you want a decent veg only led you may want to take a look at onyxgrow.com
The bloom version works just as well for flower.
Cree xml2 in warm white for flower and Cree xml2 in cool white for veg.
Buy multiple units and haggle and I bet you could get them for 400 a pop.
