Vero 29 69.4V run at 71V?

Quick question..

Can a Vero 29 69.4v cob run off a 71v driver?

So at 71V it would be pulling some pretty high amps. I don't think I would wanna run it that high, but how hard is it to manage the heat at that wattage?

I run mine up to 80w/array on a 140mm pin sink and you better have some airflow to keep temps in check. The 72V vero can be driven to well over 100w so active cooling would be advisable.

Could I just slap a pc fan on a pin sink and call it active? It seems like the price really jumps from passive to active.
