So i just knew the shortcut to this thread would just be the latest posts button.

Did anyone react to the speech? He looks like scared like a dog with his tail between his legs.

Armed resurrection, traitors will get 'appropriate action'? Thats far away from 'rain down fire on all of our enemies" spiel of last year or so.
Even General Armageddon is striking out a conciliatory vibe of brothers in arms bladibla.

He is shit scared of squaring up to Prigo and have no idea how many of his own he can trust. Wagner was camping in ukraine, somewhere around Mariupol. That means that someone let them cross the border thru to Russia. He doest know how far this will reach and he is hoping and praying it can be stopped before push comes to shove. That tells me Prigo might be able to do this. But i think Poots might do the scorched earth tactic that works so well with every invasion attempt: if he can blow up the bridges between there and Moscow then Prigo is stuck. But then how is he going send supplies to the front?

It just reminds me of watching the wall going down in Germany; not sure what will happen but damn sure something will.

Rational mind tells me it wont be bad but my clenched butthole have other ideas. Lets hope hes not right...

Russia coup: There aren't enough troops inside Russia to protect the Kremlin against Prigozhin

19,804 views Jun 24, 2023
"There are actually very few Russian troops in the interior of the country."

Russia has 'overextended itself' in Ukraine to the point that they cannot maintain a defensive perimeter, says Gabriel Gavin.
This can get interesting,Putin let Prigozhin run his mouth all winter and spring trying to play him against the Russian military leaders,in doing so he created a monster,in retrospect Putin prob. wishes he sent FSB agents under the guise of a meeting to put a bullet in his head months ago,I don't see prof. Russian contrct soldiers siding up w/Prigozhin (he and Wagner are despised by Russian officers also) on the other hand conscripts I'm not so sure. Either way it's good news for Ukranian operations and they can surely seize on the disarray this is creating. Surely the lights will be burning into the night at CIA as they go over the potential scenarios that may come into play, any surprises Ukraine was holding back should be expedited pronto to capitalize on the confusion created, empty the tank Mr. Zelinskey the time is right.

Russia coup: reports Putin is 'fleeing' to St. Petersburg as Prigozhin continues towards Moscow

"Russia does know and actually has experienced many, many episodes of those spasms of violence."

This is the most 'significant development' inside Russia since he launched a war against Ukraine in 2022, says Arkady Ostrovsky, Russia editor for The Economist.

Governor Artamonov confirmed the presence of Prigozhin's army in the Lipetsk region
Soldiers of the private army of Yevgeny Prigozhin entered the territory of the Lipetsk region. This was stated by the Governor of the region Igor Artamonov. Earlier, the fighters passed Rostov-on-Don.

“On the territory of the Lipetsk region, the equipment of the Wagner PMC is moving. Law enforcement agencies and authorities, including in municipalities, are taking all necessary measures to ensure the safety of the population,” Igor Artamonov wrote in histelegram channel.

He noted that since the night his team with representatives of all departments has been at the operational headquarters. All work in harmony. Igor Artamonov advises residents of their region not to leave their homes. They should also refrain from traveling by public transport.

Yevgeny Prigozhin said on June 23 that the Ministry of Defense had struck at the positions of his fighters. The department itself has denied the allegations.

After that, Prigogine actually declared a rebellion. He gave his soldiers the order to advance on the positions of the Ministry of Defense. A counter-terrorist operation (CTO) regime was introduced in Moscow. Russian President Vladimir Putin called Prigozhin's actions a stab in the back .

Medvedev promised that Prigozhin's private army would not seize Russia's nuclear weapons
The private army of entrepreneur Yevgeny Prigozhin will not be able to seize the nuclear weapons of the Russian Armed Forces. Such a statement was made by Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev, calling Prigozhin's army "crazy criminals."

Putin legalizes arrest for 30 days for violating martial law
Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree implying an administrative arrest of up to 30 days for violating martial law in the country. The corresponding document is published on the website with published legal acts.

“Violation of the provisions established in accordance with the Federal Constitutional Court <…> entails administrative arrest for up to 30 days,” reads the decree. Clarifies that for violation of citizens can also face a fine of one to five thousand rubles.

Earlier it became known that businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin accused the Russian Defense Ministry of strikes on the positions of his private army. The department denied the statement, but Prigozhin promised that he would destroy everyone who stood in the way of his fighters.

In connection with the incident, Putin made an appeal, during which he stated that the traitors to Russia would be punished. He also called the incident a " stab in the back " to the Russian state.

Not much more information in the Russian news. I had to laugh at one of the responses in another article on the column heading to Moscow.

"Is this also a special operation?"

The interesting thing is most in Russia outside the military circles do not know who Prigozhin is. Will the general public stand up for Putin? As we have found, most people in Russia say they are not into politics. They may see it as not their concern and the government will be on their own.

Oh what a beautiful morning.

Just when I wanted to get something done today. I bet in the breakaway regions in Ukraine the locals are feeling nervous.
so far, this does not appear to meet Putin’s definition (and sworn response) of (to) an existential threat.
