Weed prices

Do you guys think that as more people grow there own that it would push down the prices of weed. I have been a toker for about the last 20 years and the prices now are outrageous. Especially for those of us that have grown our own. 50-60 bucks for a 8th is becoming too much. What do you guys think?

Of course, suppy and demand is the basis of any transaction.

As long as it's illegal the price will continue to go up. Too much risk.

i get my grammy awards for 15 and my 8ths for $45. quarters for $85 and half oz for $150. a full onion for $275. my dealer usually have some regular piff though and sometimes he'll have some decent looking haze but regardless if he comes with grand daddy purple or some no name kush its ALWAYS the same price. i LOVE when my boy is like yeah i got some flame and i cop n 8th of some sraight purple shit. i'm like WHOAH i know niggaz in ny would be JEALOUS of my prices.

Here's my theory more people than ever smoking and less people are takign risk of growing. I know here everything goes 40-50 and 8th. And people are less willing to sell Oz's than ever before. Most growers are taking more risk by dealing themselves and they are getting caught.

100-150 an ounce for good quality

200-280 for great quality depending on who is selling it

30 dollars an eighth

10 dollars a gram

Ya I wonder what it would cost if it were legal. I hope we get the chance to see in our lifetimes!

Exact reason why I decided to grow my own, its goddamn stiff arm robbery.....Ive been dishing out anywhere from 60 an 8 to 120 a quad. Can certainly get myself a bag of seeds and stems for 90 bucks an oz but cant get high off it. That ends in about 2 mos. Wonder whatever happened to the good days where you could get a fat ass 1/4 for 40 bucks?
