Then why did you start this thread?

You clearly had your mind made up from the start. Should've started a thread about stabilizing ph or the basics of hydro instead.

Stick with the FF and don't use any nutes til the plants start to fade.. Then use Jacks classic 20-20-20 every other watering.. Its fool proof, its cheap, produces great results.
u know there is this food i used last year out side that corrected the ph of your water and soil and i cant rember what it was i had a good grow last year im not doing to bad now just tired of soil

Flood tables in smart pots and pro mix or ebb n grow buckets .Fool proof unless your a fool.
Ebb n grow buckets, Perlite medium, week 4 . I do nothing except top the rez off and reset every two days and turn the air on. Only change rez over from vegg to flower. Straight tap water drug in from the hose outside. No chillers.

Yepp. Nothing like root rot and the cost of chillers ,extra electricity or 24 hour pumps that fail and the constant noise or a power outage . Yepp easy peasy.

Although yes kind of a confusing conversation but I get it lol. Your sick of soil lol. Not sure how it all got directed towards DWC but anywho lol. There are lots of hydro setups that, after a bit of getting to know your system, can be quite hands off. I was where your at 4-5 years ago and decided to try something that had, relatively speaking, instant results to any changes. I picked a flood and drain type setup. There are pluses and minuses to all systems so do some reading and come back with some specific questions re a couple of the setups you are contemplating. I now use spray heads and totes which seem to work well for me and very stable. Be prepared to chill you water if you are going full on hydro, trust me on that one lol.

DWC - look at these fan leaves after 4 weeks (including germination)

My first DWC grow, flipped to flower two days ago. Tempature of the water, pH, PPM meter is required. Water temps will kill you in DWC. That's the danger. Root rot.

There is no need for chillers on flood tables or ebb n grow.
