I have a cultivator's license as does my wife. We each can grow 99 plants so our potential is 198 in total. In addition, together we can posses 28 lbs. cured buds. Truth be told however, these "Cultivator's License's" aren't worth the paper they're printed on. For one thing, the "doctor" who signs that license would have to appear in court (should you be busted) and convince the judge that you (alone) need 99 plants for your ailments. I know some growers that simply photo copy their friends cards and then grow 6 for each card they have. This won't work because the law knows that these people can easily be members in several collectives. To really be legal, you'd need to get a lawyer or use an on-line one if you can find and feel comfortable with. You need to form a Non-profit Corporation where every member shares in the cost, work and bounty. Nothing gets sold as everyone divides the harvest up by the shares they have. This way, you're clear for the 6 plants/patient. You'll need a lot of people (sounds like you already have them); try to get a lawyer into the Cooperative, it'll be hella lot cheaper.
