Or you guys Jude's weren't gettin real deal og herijuana, That shit was fire and tasted like some coffee og lol. I feel like I saw a strain called herijuana being sold in seedbanks I always thought about getting but never trusted it enough to actually grab the beans. The og herijuana I saw literally travelled around being sold with the true of and fire og that were being sold before all the other ogs came out. All were going for $500 an oz to the p around la, so maybe just a jock on the name and there was only one dude at the time that i knew of that was holding true and fire og. Before og got into all the clubs and literally mixed into every strain you see and that shit was hard to find.

I grew Blue Venom and White Widow and and for a good month they were all I had around. I was hating life that month. But all my friends and family loved it...especially the Blue Venom.

I was happy to be rid of it.

It was called og herijuana and it was around before I had ever seen or heard of the normal herijuana. Looks a lot like og but had an odd earthy pine taste. I remember it being sold with a story about how dude grew he strain out of pots with opium mixed into the soil lol. That shot was heavy.

Yeah I have no idea. I literally just remember the og hook coming through with those three strains always. I miss the og that I was picking up then lol. Shits on all the crosses that are out today. My Tahoe is the closest I've found but still not the same.

Yeah it was like og fuel with a kind of earthy/waxy taste. That shot put me down. I remember liking it better than the fire og but not as good as the true og. Very similar though.

Whatever you had, sounded like something special!
I had the strain around 2000, and it came from a reputable seed source, that many people breed with today, like reeferman, and bodhi.
But the buds looked nice, but the flavor was light spicy sweetness that was just shitty. And potency never even came close to cannabible claims!

Maybe what I was getting was a cross but I just figured it was the original as its the first I ever heard of/saw and was way fire. That shit put me down when I was 18 and running around all yakked out. Don't really mess around with any of that shot anymore but when I needed to sleep, og herijuana was my go to over fire og and (pre 100 different cuts of) og. Interesting to hear one of the parents is junky.

Or could it be one of those plants that you get 1 keeper out of 1000 beans...lol?

Grapefruit i think from one of the Spanish breeders I don't remember who it had zero taste bad smell
Cole train funky smelling no potency
K train barely grew
Supersonic cristal storm was a few inches tall for a month+ before I gave up
Lemon skunk most finicky plant but good smoke
Emeral jack Hermed on me
Chronic from bulldog Hermed bad maybe had a light leak that time
Dutch dragon was garbage
I have grown prolly 100 different single strains
And I tend to stick with American breeders Dutch and Spanish breeders taste schwaggy to me
