roast butternut squash and sweet red pepper soup tonight.

you guys eat so much cool sounding mexican stuff. we have literally nothing of this type of food in the uk :(

bulgar wheat salad with balsamic roast chicken breast and feta chucked in. i'm having bacon and eggs and making vodka raspberry syrup, for shits n giggles. i'll be bumping the hangover thread in the morning.

might even turn it into jelly shots

I made the best damn meatloaf EVER ( lol ) over the weekend, and these meatloaf sandwiches, smothered with cheese and 1/4" thick slices of onion are a

munchers DE-LITE !!!!!!!

But I am just re-heating some stuffed bell-peppers for breakfast (I just mostly want the stuffing part).
Coffee & joint already consumed as an appetizer...

All made up from scratch :)

Tuna pate with toast
Green salad with poached eggs croutons feta and parma
Beef with chilli ginger and soy with noodles
Baked lemon cheesecake with blackcurrant coulis

:)

Menu for tomorrow night is even better :)

Filo wrapped asparagus and proscuitto
Tagliolini with lemon and basil
pan fried flat fish with beurre noisette and tartar sauce
Brandade of aprsnip, fennel and potato
Courgette with mint and pinenuts
Vin santo carrots
Compote of seasonal fruit with ginger shortbread and mascarpone cream

Oh yyyyeaaahhhhhhhh.

4 weeks of such eating and cooking, i'm rather in heaven :) Was rack of lamb for dinner last night :D 4 course meals twie a day for a month, i can't contain my excitement :D

A Big Fat ass hoagie called a "monster" like a 1/4 lb of roast beef, 1/4 lbturkey, 1/4 lb ham, lettuce tomato sweet peppers oil venegar and oregano... mmm mmm mm delicious
