This thread is wacky. .. I live in Columbia and all the weed down here is amazing if grown out.... most people chop Comercial on day 30 to 50 as the choppers look for the shine on the south american islands all year round.... there is amazing ganja here if grown out..... I also live in Canada lol and dam... we all know 12 hrs gives the density we need

World of seeds has a good collection. Flower them until the trichomes are all red then smoke away. You can always just take huge dabs too. They are more bed lock than couch lock though

Reason the Comercial sucks from south America is because ganja was heavily targeted so gorilla growers pull there crops once they start to crystal.....
It's been the way of the south since the helicopters

I grow land race Indicas all the time under 10:30/13:30 and they are ALL uplifting energetic highs, just like that hash you remember
I switched to 11/13 to shorten flower times. Would this work or knock off a half hour? I also use white LED or metal halide, I figure I want to mimic the sun in areas close to the equator and yellow light is not what they get right?
I veg 24 hours, no idea if this affects things, I just want the veg to be over as soon as possible so no breaks in light time.

I got Colombian Gold back in 1979, it had little white seeds in it. They pulled it early and the buzz was too speedy. This was typical of the gold anyways. The red was left the right amount of time and had mature seeds, no jumpy high to it.
The gold was sought after and the 'soaring' high that went with it. Was just like drinking coffee for me, no thanks hehe.
I have 3 landrace sativa Mexicans going now, Jalisco, Jarilla, Oaxacan. Gonna see if I can get that old magic going again.

I use the Gas Lantern Routine for veg or a 14:30/9:30 both speed up the finish time by 7 to 10 day plus GLR reduces the stretch to practically none, instead of stretching, they just start buddin

this.....this is interesting and something i havent thought about much
so question.....if youre taking clones from a mother you own which has certain characteristics......and you grow those clones as an experiment under a variety of conditions......would it be possible to pull different traits from each clone grown under very different conditions?
isnt this what they are calling epigenetics?
