White hairs but no "buds", 3 weeks flowering under cfl's.

Looking great all you need now is a microscope to check the trichromes.

I know, the indica dom plant should be done by now right? But it keeeps showing new growth, and the white hairs, or whatever havent turned orange hardly at all. but damn its been flowering for like 10 weeks I think!

I think you may need more light.....

I had a White Widow in flower for 12 weeks of 12/12. After 8 weeks I had Popcorn buds and tons of long white pistils. I was feeding Tger Bloom 2x month and using a 250w HPS. I added a CFL bank of 4 and a T5 4' fixture in the corners of my grow tent. I was told to blast it with light, Add Molasses wait a week. WOW..after 2 weeks she was awesome. I harvested a little early with clear to cloudy trichs and 60% brown hairs but this stuff will smoke you into a coma. Hang in there if you can. It will pay you back. If you cant wait, You will still enjoy a great buzz if dried and cured correctly. Good Luck..

Yea I concur nuggs. I need to put some of my cfls back in there. Youre right. I actually onlu have 3 of the medium sized ones in there. I forget the wattage but theyre the ones just under 100 watts. I have several more that I'l put back.

I had like 4 42watters, 3 26watters, 2 100 watters and a 13watt bulb, when I git 150hps I slowly removed all but 3 cfl's. I th ok ught it was gettin too hot, but now I got a badass fan that I added and I could put 1000watt hps and I know it wont get too hot. This fan is like a fuckin jet engine, and it blows straight up, so the heat has a chance in there.

yea more light dude or keep your cfls closer they can be very close as long as they dont touch the plant

I added the 100watt 2700k cfl, so now ive got the 150hps, 100watt cfl and 3 42watt cfl bulbs in there, still maintaining 80 degrees thanks to my Hunter "jet engine" super duty fan. I just can't wait to chop, chop, trim!! Fuck this shit!

lol how close are your cfls?

If you want the best possible outcome oscar invest in a 400 watt switchable set up you wont be sorry as many cfls and if what wattage u say is correct then it would be about the same as far as how much power your using.

Pretty close, if the wind catches a leaf just right they touch the bulb. I think the increase in light these last couple of weeks is gonna help alot.

ok good thing. and yea ive been watching it has and will continue to but shade spots need light really direct light from cfl's because the light does not penetrate through the bud like a HPS or HID does keep that in mind. looking good though good job man.

The upper fan leaves are lookin crazy fucked up now... They feel rough to the touch and look like dark orange/yellow dspotd and just feel super dry. Normal?

Ok, will do, its lights out for now, but tmrrw I def will. I got a jewelers eye piece, and I think the trichs are still cloudy, I cant see any amber yet at all. But i'll post pics in the morning.
