Who knew I didn't need to work that hard to retire at 35? I could have pissed my money away instead of buying real estate and cashing in when the Northern Virginia housing market values tripled by 2005.

Yes there is Uranium under that Oregon land. If you saw pics the place is like a moonscape. Not that attractive and the evil fux in the govt want to steal it for their cronies. It is pretty pathetic seeing some people here defending the govt stealing someone's land.

Lolz, I have had UB on ignore for years, he hasn't ever schooled me in anything. I was a car sales manager and invested my ducketts in real estate as my family grew, kept them, rented them out and then sold the whole lot and retired to NC in 2005. That's the way it went and that's the way I've always stated it. I'm sorry you listen to UB's wild conjecture and then regurgitate those fantasies as fact. Says far more about you, than me.
